hey guys I'm looking into a new air intake and was just wondering wats the best way to go about it I was thinking to do a steel pipe from turbo to pod but what size pipe? Should I just go the size of the turbo mouth straight thought or should I make the pipe widen out and then back to pod size? should I put the pod down thought the intercooler pipe hole not in use (due to front mount) for cooler air? Also how will this effect response? I have a stock turbo (r33s2) but it has a steel front wheel? If that helps Cheers Russ

Dunno but i had to run my other controller off of that same line as my intercooler piping doesnt have an out let? hope it won't effect anything!!!

hey guys just got a profec b boost controller I have installed a few different controllers in the past but just wanted to now about the pressure in line on the back of the controller and what I should bleed off to this? Just anything that will give my boost pressure? i.e line to the boost gauge, line from turbo to the controller box (Big black thing) either in or out port on it?? Cheers..

does it happen in boost or b4 boost under mild load Mine does b4 boost on low revs say 2-3000 did your turbo have a steel wheel? wat is your car S1 S2?

do you have spit fires too?

it makes the noise under light accel from the last time i looked at the turbo it had about 1mm of play upwards and a steel wheel at the front!

yeah it has a pod but so did my previous cars,maybe its worht getting the turbo checked?

Now i have noticed that at around 2500rpms my car sometimes makes a high pitch whistle before the nom turbo whistle this is a nosie i have only ever heard on my r33 series 2 never on my last turbo'd car or any other skyline i've driven/been in? anyone else ever heard this?

yeh it goes hard but runs really rich think its tuned for more boost than i'm runnin.

R33 series 2 The last dyno seemed rather out (218kw) so I had the car ran again on a different dyno 9PSI turbo back 3inch fmic 600*300*75 bp 98 pod KSP retuned stock ecu and not the best spark plugs need to be replaced 174.8 @ 6160rpms rather rich air/on 10.7
