    not to detract from this sellers thread, theres no way the exhaust wheel is nylon, theyre all ceramic from factory, only thing that changed is the compressor wheel, be it nylon or steel.

    1. some torque settings actualy use a degree wheel. spec e.g tighten to 70n then 90degree 2. it will not even go close to touching

    make sure you tighten that harmo crank bolt before you fire it up

    i have personaly worked on an unmarked territory turbo chase car.

    yeah id be cheaking for moovement in the front end, mainly balljoints, then id look to see if the wheels have locators on them, make sure the wheels has been tightend down true to the hub/mounting face.

    my ecu got locked and thats o.k, the tuner said i wont get charged for unlock and he will tell the code to another tuner..

    ef falcon coil pack with topgun 10mm leads and a haltech ignitor, ive seen it hold without any issue's to the same rwhp uve mentioned.. and even higher on a 26 with t88.

    remooving the turbo wouldnt mean shit on ur p's the car is still classed/classified as a turbo car.

    matbe the fan is hitting the cooler pipe that goes under the battery on a 32.

    ive seen an *undercover* cop car once it was a saab 9000 sometin turbo thingy convertable and the coppa had his uniform on and everything lol

    well depending on how much you wana spend etc, to run gtr injectors in an rb20 you need resistor pack, even the 550's in your mates gtr would have it wired with a resistor pack *from standard*... the injectors are fine to use, no you dont need a purpose built rb20 injector, just the 550's with a resistor pack..
