Ive seen front bars for less than $200 bucks and people selling wrecked skylines. Shop around first you could probly do most of the repairs yourself. And once again there doesnt have to be a set $$$$$$$ limit to fill out an accident report if there is an insurance claim being made. Its like if your house is broken into and your camera gets stolen. You want to make a claim, you must notify the police and make a report. Same as a traffic accident if the other party is saying that he is not responsible.

First of all did you fill out a traffic accident report with the police, if not make it a priority to do so. Second, witnesses would be good. Take a photograph of the road where it happened. Also where was the driver of the van think he was going down the wrong side of the road?
