Like pkblade said, change the timing belt and check the fan belts might need replacing.
Coolant, oil and filter, fuel filter, air filter, leads and plugs.
Well i had the full rebuild and ran out of money when it came to the cams.
It has a custom plenum and the rest.
Running around 450rwhp with standard cams.
personally you are paying for the name when it comes to hks.
I have noticed that you can pick up a set of tomei cams for $750 on ebay, which will do the job fine as i have heard good reports on the tomei cams.
Well normally on the ngk the heat rating is the number for eg. BKR5IX-11
So heat range 5 gap 1.1mm
But it should be 6 or 7
The best plugs is BKR7E V power ngk. already gapped at 0.8mm
So going by your plug ur heat range is only 4 but not sure with the champs/
It was playing up again today, does this sound like an issue with the coils.
It misses and then comes good, short time later it missesd then comes good. It is really shiting me now.
Well the microtech would have something to do with it, the injectors just flood the thing on start up so i spose over time they just foul up and probly to much upper cylinder lubricant.
Will keep a close eye on the plugs this time if they foul up to quick then i will need to fix this problem.
