Before you go spending money and changing coil packs, check that your plugs are gapped at 0.8mm that might help the breaking down with the higher boost.

I dont think 500hp will last long on stock internals, i hope thats a metal head gasket. At least get forged rods and pistons, and balance the motor. I would go with a GT35R or a GT3582. With a .82 housing, ur 3 inch will be fine. You should get the power with standard cams, but i would definately get some minor head work done.

I was running a 3.5 to 4 inch exhaust and the turbo didnt kick in till 4500rpm, i actually changed it to a straight through 3 inch and it cut the lag down by 500 - 700 rpm. The three inch feels more responsive. I think the R32 GTR exhaust will fit with a few little mods. Have you looked at the N1 apexi exhaust.

Well i know this thread is pretty much answered for ya now, your set up looks good. I have an Rb25 running a GT35 with a 1.06 housing a bit laggy for street but it comes on hard, it puts out 330rwkw on 1.6bar at 19 psi. So i am sure you will push out a bit more being a 26.

Yeah just jap they have a good range of exhausts for under a grand. I like the look of the apexi dual exhaust pretty good power gains there, but not sure of the DB levels.
