NO lifters have never been dismantled and serviced. SAD thing about rock auto is they only have 21 available. I need 24, just my luck.

Yes they do say couple mins at warm up stage then all goes quite. Its just the noise that is annoying. Confirmed with machinist about spring tension and they are NOT 90 Pounds .My bad for the incorrect info. They are 65 pound springs as he has installed them in other 25 heads with no problems, it must just be the lifter's worn out and not sealing the oil in the lifter. New Lifters a must. Other then the lifter problem, all is sweet.

I will be clarifying on Monday as to the correct spring tension.
