Try plugging it into another PFC and see if the problem is still there. If it is you know it's the controller.
If not then you know you need repairs to the ECU.
Come to think of it I have worked on every one of Fatz's vehicle except for the black coupe that deceive owns now .

Some body probably forgot to take the rag out of the inlet when they had the engine apart to keep all the dirt and crap out and that is what the problem is .

Sounds like the 26's are very over rated engine and you should invest in the rb30 or a rb20 , bullet proof engine they are .

The right tool do go a long way
As miran1313 said leave the line bolted to the block and undo them at the turbo junction and gentle palm them out of the way . Once the turbo's are of then you can remove the oil and water lines from the turbos quiet easily
What fuel pressure are you running ? Cause it will have a huge effect on the flow of the injector's.
any thing about 45 psi and they run extremly rich .
You need hands the size of the Jap's and some handy tools .
Yes they are tricky and can be removed while engine is in the vehicle.
start with the front turbo and remove it completly before starting on the rear turbo.
You should be able to undo the oil feed and water feed line on the passenger side of the turbo housing and leave all the pipe's on the turbo itself .
There is a tool called a crow foot or a pipe spanner that will undo the flare nut.
