  1. no worries mate, just go to any workshop in your area and give em a case of beer or $50 to weld up the spider gears etc- only need to drain the oil, take off the diff cover plate, clean it out a bit with de greaser, weld it up, let it cool a bit and fill it up with oil again, shouldnt take more than 30-40 mins tops. Get it done today or saturday morning if u can coz shit will be closed on fri/sun
  2. Hey mate, ive got a 1 piece tailshaft for an auto lying around, $60, that should get u out on the track, just leave it in 2nd gear the whole way through and do a lot of weight shifting
  3. Wheels are around 9kg each, if they dont clear the brakes then ill give you your money back
  4. The wheels are wuite light, ill weigh one this arvo, I dont think spacers are required but ill have a look for the offset, if not ill measure it up and work out the offset.
  5. Hey fellas, Ive got 2 sets of rims for sale. Both sets without tyres and are in good condition, dont need em anymore. Im in Sydney First set, 16 inch, no dings/buckles/cracks etc-, little bit of gutter rash, got about 4cm of dish, 5 stud multifit ie. 5 x 100, 5 x 114.3 $270 Second set, 16 x 7 inch chromies, no dings/buckles/cracks etc-, tiny amount of gutter rash not even noticable, chrome is flaking off a little bit near the valve stems, 5 stud multifit, ie 5 x 100, 5 x 114.3, +38 Offset no centre caps. $270

  7. yeah I had a crank pulley bolt which had red (permanent locktite) on it and done up with a rattle gun, couldnt get it off no matter what, ended up getting a LP blowtorch from bunnings for $20, heated it for 15 mins and came off nice and easy.

  9. Hey, Ive got a greddy e-manage computer and harness which I dont need for sale, its the blue type which has a harness for a BCNR33, according to the manual this also fits R32 GTR, R33 GTR, R34 GTRs, practically anything with a RB26DETT engine. $450 ONO
  10. Hey all, Im thinking about getting a stock turbo from a RB25DET R33 GTS-T and need to know how much power these units can reliably take? This will be going on a RB30ET, Im pretty sure this is a ball bearing unit, also need to know if it has a ceramic or steel turbine wheel, cheers fellas

Heya, I can get an RB26 GTR tripple plate clutch and am wondering if anyone knows if it will fit a RB30E or RB20DET box, I think the bellhousing is smaller on a RB20DET tho so not sure sure about this, also I think these box's are push type clutch's?? Whilst the only pull type ones are R34?? again not too sure on believing what I hear. Cheers
  13. Hey all, I have a RB30E which I am turbocharging and will be getting about 160-180RWKW out of it, I will be upgrading the clutch but am wondering if the RB30E gearbox will hack it or will a RB20DET box be better? Gonna be for drift so it wont be babied. Cheers Fellas

  16. Whoa, Just finished going over all 25 pages in the Japan thread for my trip tomorrow morning, geez theres heaps of stuff there which has been covered like 5 times already! Anyways Ive decided to check out upgarages and other shops but I realise theyre pretty shit. Ive used the web page translator and have got heaps of addresses and such but cant translate the seconhan autobacs pages, as far as i can tell they have different shops with specialist area such as seats, engine enhancements, wheels etc- but I dont know which ones are which and what theyre address' are. could someone who reads Japanese please help me out. Im mainly looking at going to: Tokyo: Upgarages Seconhan Autobacs Hasegawa Big foot Crystal Wreckers in Tokyo area Also are Nengun and Greenline 2nd hand shops?? Osaka: Trial Wreckers in Osaka area If anyone has directions to these places that would be great, upgarages have been covered though. When im done with my trip ill write up address' and directions to these places and info on what was there and if it was a bargain etc- and maybe someone could sticky it so it would be easy to find for all other Noobs like me.
