does shannons insure 18 year olds?

age: 18 paying $3200 to Just Cars with an excess of $2200 . Only covered for $9000 because i was dumb and told him i paid that much bahhhh (scared they wont pay me out because $9k is what is stated in the transfer papers) ! I asked him that since it was agreed value, would it be possible for me to be covered for $15000, unfortunately he said no.

i think the H3 kit is only used in the later model r32's and onwards. Early model r32's use the H3C kits. Not sure bout cefiro's though?

sorry for the newb question fellas, but i was wondering; by rebuilding the bottom end, does it affect the compression of the cylinders in any way? ie. would a low compression turbo engine (which is bad) still be 'bad' after a rebuild? Also, what are the safe compression levels on an rb20det? cheers, miguel
