  3. im doing a manual trans swap into my friends r32 GTS-t 2-door automatic... we got the tranny from a R32 4-door Type-M.... what is the part number for the needed tranny mount brace since i know i need to change it, but nissan keeps messing up and giving me the same one. after many apologies they are currently looking again, so assuming many of you have done this already, maybe i can short cut and get the part number off one of you.. thanks
  4. yup to each his own i guess... i actually think the inside of the ceffy boot is rather comfortable... big and spacious.. close the lid and ill fall asleep... haha well good job anyways

Peddlers? what? if there as high as they will go and for some odd reason you want them higher you might want to try to locate a set of helper-springs. stick a set of these in there i had the same problem... good to go now... running 12k and 10k shorties on S13 JIC's incase your wondering...

  10. ahh sorry... i run it wider in the front for Touge (mountain roads).... on the track i run it the other way... high speed drifts, or long eairly entry drags arent as common in the mountains.. i actually ruduce the stability of the car, in a sense, beacause it helps to swim through those tight mountain roads a little better.
  11. 8J on the front with 235's and 25mm spacer 7.5J on the rear with 255's and 20mm spacer still gotta roll fenders prolly gonna run 10J front and 9J rear in the future. with front over fender. not sure what im gonna use for the rear gaurds yet.
  12. well i didnt wanna give you the back story but ill make it quick.... i sold the manual tranny and all the components to a mate here in japan to do a auto to manual swap... but my dumbass left my flywheel on my wrecked R32 GTSt and off to the junk yard it went.... so instead of buying a $150 dollar flywheel, i considered just using the one from my Cefiro motor (an RB20E not a DE) since im gonna rip out the motor anyways and throw it away when i put the SR in next week. so yeah im just wondering about the Flywheel not the entire tranny since i have a DET tranny minus flywheel. sorry again to sort-of thread jack....
  13. quick question, sort of off topic.... I have a RB20E Manual 5-speed Tranny... im 85% sure its the same as what comes on a RB20DET... anybody know for sure? i think the NA and Turbo are different im talking specifically the flywheel...

  15. i know for a fact that R32 rear seats and Cefiro rear seat are the same, but the R32 seats arent made to fold down. In regards to R33 i know that a Rear R32 GTR seat will not fit in a R33 so im assuming that an R33 seat wont fit in a cefiro... if you understand how i put that together Funky: why go through the trouble of retaining the original connectors.. why not just cut the wires and crimp on new but connectors thats what i did, i thought it to be easier... and more time consuming, is there a reason for your madness?

  17. you can use a full SR20/S13 exhaust system.... you can also use a R32 cat-back if you so choose but the exhaust hanger needs to be modified to hang-up properly. the main difference is the R32 J-pipe will NOT fit properly because it hangs to low. doing the same swap myself... do you have any pics of your progress?

  21. ok i have some questions..... what are gaurds?? are they the wheel arches? or spacers? "add bog and make some nice looking arches" what is Bog??
