  1. I bought some fitbodies protein off ebay, $85 for 4kg. Serve size 30grms - 27grms protein, 1.2grms carbs and 0.8grms fats per serve. Chocolate tastes very good, better than BN. Mixes well with no clumps but does froth up a bit. Little dubious on the protein claims and I'm sure the scoop is slightly bigger than 30grms but if taken at face value it's a very good protein at a terrific price.
  2. Just add the weights to your normal routine and see how you go! You'll find that if you did the exercises that you do last, first or second, you will do more weight straight away!!
  3. For the last 16 months or I was doing bodybuilding type stuff ie chest/tri's, back/bi's, shoulders/traps and legs. Combination of compound and of course isolation exercises. Only in the last 3 weeks I have done the 'skinny guy routine' a (or something resembling that) ie squats x 5 sets flat bench x 5 sets lat pull downs x 4 sets (would normally do chins but have a niggle in my forearm) upright rows x 3 sets military press x 3 set dips x 3 sets (no deads for 3 weeks!) Do this Mon, Wed and Fri and on Saturday I do light shoulders with bi's and tri's. Feel I'm getting bigger everywhere and just putting on heaps of size yet still getting defined, way more than I was doing the split body parts. No isolation and no cardio yet feel great. Am impressed with the results but sort of expect it when you train the 'whole' body 3 times per week.
  4. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1x-FEATHER-Popular-Double-Edge-Safety-Razor-w-Case-Blades-Made-in-Japan-/380633902960?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item589f8c6f70&_uhb=1 http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Feather-Popular-Double-Edge-Razor-Safety-Razor-Blades-Included-/170957881743?pt=AU_HairRemoval&hash=item27cde2418f&_uhb=1 For the price, you cannot go wrong.
  5. As you know the amount of water used makes or breaks the lather. Get a badger brush and decent shave cream and lather on your face. Takes a few goes to work out how much water to leave on the brush to get a good lather. Start with less and then drop more on as you need it.
  6. Buy the Feather double edge razor (on eBay for $20 or from Shaveshed for $30). It comes with 2 feather blades and is sensational. As above its angled for a mild shave so hard to cut yourself yet it's quite sharp. I can now shave with that the same way I did with a Mach 3!! But it is a million times sharper! It makes shaving so easy. Much better than the merkur hd cause its long handle. I can not recommend this enough, it is that good!!!!
  7. You can get better and you can spend a lot more and you can try and buy things separately and save money but as a package that contains the lot the link you put up is cheap and easy. It's like buying a helmet... $100 to $3000... what do you get??
  8. That is excellent value. That seems perfect for what you do and need (assuming they are nomex material) Of course you can get better suits ie 2 and 3 layer but you pay for that.
  9. Send the claim form to WTAC... lol
  10. That just sucks. I would be extremely upset as I imagine you are but good to see you just getting on with it. If the wheels are new, just sell them and get the right size to maximise the tyre width, which I'm sure your contemplating. Are there any other big name teams coming from Japan/US/UK? Seems a bit light on so far... still 'early' days I guess. Hopefully a few more come out.
  11. Read back through all your posts? Sorry don't have that much time
  12. Talking to you! Mix your WPC in water and taste it. Tell us what you think.
  13. Try it in water and let us know what you think.... I've had 7 days off straight! That's the longest break I have had 18months!!! What about you guys, do you take periodic breaks? If so is there a pattern to it or just when you feel like it? How long?
  14. Any links to that status tuned SR22 mentioned earlier? Thanks.
  15. I wouldn't normally read too much into that until I read your comment in the 'squatting' thread about wanting to see big buys with big legs racing bikes and getting sweaty and puffed out.... lol
  16. Great write up and even better that you have results of your own to share. They are impressive. Like above i looked into these but was limited bu the optioms. I'm on my phone otherwise would search myself but do they now come with the T4 divided options? Something for around 450rwk?
  17. Great build. That looks awesome. You must be wrapped. Hope the rest goes well!
  18. Feather were the sharpest of the 5 I tried to date and i chopped myself! But being a newbie to this it was somewhat expected. I'm going to try them again as I'm more confident now and have worked out how to hold the razor to get all areas. That's the bad thing about losing weight, your face is less fat and more sharper curves - makes it harder to shave with the safety razors!!!!!!
  19. ^^^ Lol its amazing we get excited over shaving... Which blades do you like most? For those interested, this kit is a pretty good kit to get started. Takes all the guess work and all you need thereafter are some razor blades which are very cheap; http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SHAVE-SET-DAILY-Proraso-Balm-Weishi-Razor-Omega-Brush-Soap-Stand-Astra-Blades-/321129052318?pt=AU_HairRemoval&hash=item4ac4c8789e&_uhb=1
  20. Congrats man, that's massive. What power/boost was that at?
  21. He went with a 6466 T4 divided 0.84 so I'll wait to see his results and then decide on what I do. Interesting point i just saw is that the 6262 is rated at 705hp, the 6266 at 735hp and the 6466 at 900hp!! Damn that is a massive jump from a 2mm bigger compressor wheel and additional blade. Most of the Emo and Rexxy boys think the 6466 spools very similar to the 6266 but makes a lot more power. That really doesn't make sense from Precisions point of view. In any case, it seems the choice might come down to 6262 or the 6466 - the 6466 is one big turbo for a track car....
  22. Not sure on the mole thing but I guess a razor is a razor, if it doesnt cut with the normal stuff it shouldn't cut with the safety stuff either. I'm getting a decent lather now that I have worked out what is too dry and too wet. Also the blade makes a massive difference, the feather literally sliced me everywhere, where as the son of rajab was sharp enough to cut nicely but not tear your face off. Bought some pre-shave oil from Somersets just to aid with the process. Seems to have helped a little.
  23. Good information guys. I got a thing for Sparco lol so was getting a Sparco 6 point but now will check out the points mentioned above. Anyone here use a HANS device in a saloon type car?? There normally an open wheeler thing I thought. BTW Dan get a 6 point. I have a 4 point and it irritates me when it rides up my waist so hence why I want a 6 point... In addition to the extra mounting points.
  24. He's on Nissan Silvia so can PM him there but if your not in there can PM you his contact details. Google?
  25. Yeah hope it gets sorted soon. I guess the qn to ask is are you still keen on lifting big weights now this has happened to you? After I hurt myself, and nowhere near anything like you did, I qn whether there is any need to lift heavy. You compete but I don't. I probably shouldn't have these thoughts in this thread................. Lol
