  1. its a lag monster, about 6000rpm,rev limiter is set at 9500rpm,we could go 10500rpm,but longevity is something i want also. think 500 is a gunna come once the ignition is sorted and 30psi. dunno if i will run with current turbos yet,a bit of an animal to drive.the r32 i got these turbos off ran a 9.6 in japan, but im assuming probably with a 10500 rev limit and a holinger and probably driven by someone who didnt own it
  2. usually daikin in singles and twin and triples, the usual jap stuff
  3. mick, its surpassed 400rwkw,its already at 459kw at only 22psi,waiting on a hks twin power ignition from japan,so we can turn up the wick.ignition wasnt happy beyond 459 and 22psi.
  4. so that means it doesnt need to be done huh.we do mainly gtst and have fitted dozens of aftermarket clutches and have had to do it numerous times, although we modify the rod ,so it can be adjusted, but as i said if someone isnt equipped to do that,a spacer will suffice. generally adjusting the master cyl rod will do the job,but on a few twin plates we have done,we have also had to lenthen the slave rod aswell to get a good pedal.
  5. really, clutches are different and made by different manufacturers,if u fitted an identical clutch,it wouldnt need any adjustment. when NISSAN built the cars ,they were designed to be fitted with a standard clutch, not an aftermarket clutch.fitting a spacer is make shift no question, ideally if your able modifying slave cyl rod to be adjustable is the way to go,but if your not equiped to do that a spacer will suffice.
  6. hi mick, its finished.
  7. mate, we do dozens of gtst clutches, the rod to the clutch pedal from the clutch master cyl is threaded with 2 nuts on it,it is totally adjustable
  8. why isnt it a good idea to do that? the clutch system isnt so complicated ,it just needs more throw
  9. another option trust t517z,similar feel to 2530s,older design but cheap to rebuild with similar results. im going gt-rs on a 2.7 very soon, looking for 400kw,so though may be a stretch for 2530s,wouldnt touch 2540s. dont think theres too many options if someone is looking for 400+with low mounts.
  10. clutch is adjustable on the pedal, the rod that goes to your pedal is fully adjustable, that should bring the pedal up,if it doesnt come up enough, either lengthen the slave cyl rod or use a spacer between slave cyl piston and rod the lenthen it.
  11. wanted, motor mechanic/dyno tuner. if you have experience in the above we have a position vacant. if anyone knows anyone who could fill this position please let them know we have a position available.
  12. do u still have exhaust manifold..how many $$$$$$$$$
  13. I fail to see the connection between a dimmer switch and the cyclying of tyres... have I missed something?
  14. i have imported ,maybe 100 r33s and i have never seen rust,a few r32s with rust,but never r33
  15. can u send me photos please [email protected]
  16. fitting the pump in tank is a little fiddly, but if u have a basic knowledge of hand tools ,its not that hard,u will need some fittings. remove your pump from the tank and fit new pump in its place, then take the lot to enzed or pirtek and buy the fittings u need, they will be able to tell u what u need. if ur not good at working with ur hands, dont attempt it.
  17. this combination and the right tuner should do 11s,but forget the cams, cam gears are all u need, with a competant tuner u should get 240-250kw which is good enough for high 11s.u wont even need the cooler.
  18. jee u must know them well,i havnt seen them under $300 and i have bought a few, just bought 2 for my r32 and cost me $600 and then to fit intank and do it properly you need about $75 in fittings and also labour to fit into the tank. u paid $320 for a $450 minimum job,are u sure its not an 040 or another brand pump.
  19. havnt they got planes in sydney.
  20. no hope,u couldnt land one for that.
  21. rns11z, i could easily convert this car back to standard.
