  2. whats all this! your on here saying your mate wants to do physical harm to someone you have no idea about how may or may not have damaged his car. why not go to centre management see if they have camera's in the car park get 100% prof of the crime take that to his lawyer and get damages to cover the costs and be done with it. everyone gets it in the end..or you and your mates still in the school yard.....

  4. towards the DR30 rear end you can find them at wreckers or imports but you have to look. you'll be looking at anywhere from $800- $1500 for the full IRS/R200 set up. Ghostrider seems to be the one getting the parts at the good prices at the moment! if you want i could be able to get the irs system from my old mr30, it has a r180 diff centre, theres no calipars though.

  7. thats a big difference in power for 2 cars with similar mods, i think the only thing to think of is is the boost readings right as if there not then you maybe running more boost and hurt the turbo, if the readings are fine then you have a strong engine. NICE ONE mate....
  8. its all good mate you've got the best of both worlds there with your car, for starters the hr is around 100kg lighter than the dr, your car has the updated dr front so its got the look, you should be very close to the flywheel 300hp your looking for, the ecu, boost level, 3" zorst and fmic should be good for 30rwkw/40rwhp lets say 65-70 fly hp so that and the 215hp you started with. who knows maybe new plugs and a rutune might just get you there.

  10. found it on page 11 post #275 bottom of the page yeah they claimed 250hp don't know if that was at the fly or rw? at the fly 215rwhp/160rwkw would be close to 300hp, i've got a mate running a supra cooler in a rb20 powered r31 and its just not cutting it cooling wise. LOL

  12. going by what i know on the rb20det and power upgrades, with the standard fmic your using at the moment thats what will be keeping the power down, the supra cooler may not be any more help than the standard r32 one? now the power output of a standard rb20det is 205hp at the fly wheel about 160rwhp. with the intercooler done and everything else you've got the most you can expect would be around the 160rwkw/215rwhp sort of mark as thats the limit of the turbo, try a rb25 turbo and that should get the 250rwhp figure you want....
  13. i had to replace my passenger or drivers side???forgot which one 1/4 window seals and had to get them from NZ, i did get both sides though are you after both as i can get you one side? the only luck i had at getting any here was from jaustech in SA but they will only sell the whole window and seal and i'll only tell you the price if you want to ask!! pm me if you want the seal i have.

  15. now now boys just because we thought of it first don't get pissed . remember my car had no engine when i bought it 2 years ago, so all i had as a referance was the 6 cylinder mr30 hatch i was driving at the time. then i found that web site kev's r30 or something which was the only info site i'd found back then.... anyone read it? that test drive section was what gave me the idea of putting in the rb20det and the rb20 just looks good when i lift the bonnet now thats its painted... :ghost:
  16. i guess thier not adj camber tops with yours then?? thats what i was getting at as ghostrider was saying that to fit them to the r30 the front tops have to be revericed to fit the r30 towers which then means you get +chamber rather than -
  17. towords the radiator hose have you throught about rapping the hose in that heat wrap stuff to keep the heat in the hose?? what you'd need would cost maybe $30 from autobarn with some left over for somethine else? i had to take about an inch off my lip and then put that surport bar across the cut to stop the edge from splitting.

  19. went i got my DBA slotted fronts i just ordered then through autobarn! i did pay $340 each for them as they make them when ordered no stock kept at all??

  21. how'd you go with the lower lip and the fitment of the cooler? i had to shave about 1/2" of it to let my hybrid sit in there but i think mine sits lower than yours. also wish my plenum was on that side as it would save about 1.3ms of pipe! i think theres some pics of mine about 20 pages back.....made a huge difference in the power...NICE one mate..
  22. and i gather just bolting on the corrasponding s-14 master cylinder is not an option for you then?? i've just upgraded to a r32 rb20det and part of the future brake upgrade was to fit the r32 master cylinder when the engine went in and use that for the time being with old brakes, works brilliantly...
  23. i'm looking to do a brake upgrade for my r30 skyline, and it involves changing to s-13 coilover front struts but can the adj tops of the coilovers be swapped to r30 ones or even rotated to get the bolts to fit the tower holes??
  24. what badges does yours have? as mine only has the ones on the boot?
  25. i guess your after something with the rb25det in mind for base map?
