pink paint job looking good... :jk: , when i first got mine i was looking into a r34 front end swap but there were some large $$ involved, now that would have been different??

what would be better for the dollars involved?? i'm working with an rb20det if that helps! engine mods will be: gtr cams, adj gam gears, rb25 turbo, new fmic, new fuel pump and 3" turbo back exhaust....

i think you'll find that they just need to be retractable seat belts?? is this just to comply a stock imported car?

dont have a r32 but am 6'2 and have had to replace the seat due to my knees ending up around my arm pits, i think its got something to do with japanese people being a slightly shorter people, maybe this shows the evolution of the japanese people, over the years thier legs have got longer and thier torsos shorter.. :jk:

rent it rather than buy it, its not to bad, in the style of cannonball run but newer cars. it can be at your local video store for $5 to rent..

just wanting to know if the weight was with you in the car or not, as thats sounds( relativily) like the set up i'm aming for but in a skyline that has a off the show room wet weight of 1150kg, very interested to know peoples answers to this thread as its a good way to see potential ET's depending on drivers :headspin:

i think you'll find thats theres not to many in OZ and the ones that are here have been copied over and over, try www.r30.co.jp they have kits for r31's aswell..theres a great carbon fiber drift bonnet, its $1000 bucks but looks sick... one last think to think about is is yours a four or two door it makes a big difference...

another topic: whats the off set for the r30? would it be the same as the r31 as these rims fit the r31 and i want the 17" for the r30...

.75 degrees sideways, just bought a r31 with an rb20det in it running a older wolf3D, version 3 i think, the bloke who had it before didn't know that there is a locking system that requires a pin number to start the car if active. my mate went to change the pin and the car wont start!!! had to sent the computer to sydney to get it changed to the new pin so it will work...poor bastart had the car for 24 hours then its been sitting there for the last 48 unable to be driven!

i know a lot of the r31 and vl boys have used superchargers on the rb30e to the same end result (150-160kw) was thinking of it, but got the other car instead..i wonder if that rb26scdett would fit in a 1200 datto j/k

for $47000 it better be sh%t hot to drive, is it me or the 300zxs' over here a bit more boxie? most of those also seem a bit more flared at the rear?

i was quoted $2400 for the LINK system fitted and tuned but thats for the rb20det though or getting the standard ecu rechipped and tuned for $700 from uni-chip..

www.wolfems.com.au some of there older versions have been used with fj's with thier newer versions they are going for the plug-in and play approach.. ask one of the 1600 places!

wolf 3D are good for the fj, they could also be able to provide a simple plug in and play system for you now, $1500+ tuning..
