yep.. bar, plate and fin super monster cooler "genuine hybrid" bought it about 8 months ago on e-bay for $600 as powerdigger is the offical surplier but wanted $800 for the 600x300x75mm cooler. ended up being a place here on the gold coast that were selling them...
i went with the hybrid as i got it for $600+postage brand new, i read on the powerdigger site that the hybrid 600x300x75 intercooler had "0.5psi loss at up to 40psi" and can cool around 500hps' worth of air flow. hope that helps!! had the piping made from 2 1/2" press bend mild steel for $450 installed, all up about $1100 fitted..
i looked around 2 years ago, ended up going through nissan new zealand, the bloke sent me english diagrams for all aspects of the wiring for the r32 rb20det, if theres any thing in particular you need let me know!!
i'd put my hand up for a group order from jenesis as there are a few body parts i'd like from them, i could speck to the boys at option 1 as they have have containers comming over each month...
when i did the engine swap the machanic put the r32 master cylinder on mine, never had a peddel feel so good! with the hr brake callipars on mine i had to go to bendix comp X pads as EBC dont make front pads for these callipars...
thats crappie! i was saving to get one of there RS1s', all this is not so good for the new parts side of things, but with the almost 80 yen = to $1 aus its all good for us to import more and more or at least afford some of the newer items from these companies...i say every one shop away...
stupid question time... What is this for? is it body strength or to make the car more ridgid?? it would bolt on around the end of the doors in the 2door versions!
left a little late from springwood, but it was a great sight seeing (at that time) 2 lanes of skylines off in the distance. a few of us had to play catch up but got there just in time to almost see 2 r31s get shortened one went of the road the other into the next lane of traffic?? i'd be in for a day event at least in a month maybe more, got to get the r30 on the road for the next one!! a big WELL DONE to all and each who organized sat night great to be a part of it...
with my front i have a relativly large cooler sitting infront of the radiator, the 2 slits at the front feed air to the radiator as the fmic sits rather low (for that perposs) i also raised the bonnet using washers about 10-13mm at the hindges to get a little more air flow through the engine bay...
just got the HPI DVD #8 and theres a small bit of R30 action at the drags :aroused: mate it was brillant, dos'ent tell you much about the engine set ups but they were putting down mid 11's one got into the 10's :wassup: all running fj's, just for that part alone it was money well spent i give it 3 thumbs up...
theres a BIG (50+ cars)skyline cruise tonight hopefully as its rainning at the moment but i've been to a few in my r31 and there great!!
no, unless you want to look at a wolf3d?? it's just i have all the bits sitting here to do the L24et thing but not the time..was going to spruce up the MR30 hatch with the turbo gear and sell it.. would there have been a different ECU for the L28et engine?
