I work with a muppet. A "qualified diagnostics technician" who just seized and engine. Came in with a major engine rattle so he started it up and kept the revs up, now im stripping it down, cylinder 1 doesn't move in the bore and the injector has a big hit on it

Yer the goodyears are good if you can get the coin, but for the money i know kumho makes tyres in around that size for formula ford/ F3 and anything really is better then the floppy hoosier. They are a drag tyre company, how many big race teams use them on circuit????? Agree with the choice of ECU too, the M800 is an expensive thing, i can name other ECU's that will do the same job for less coin. If you can get more money for the team you might be able to pull some leverage around the place boz.

A/C running is an easy fix. If your serious i could get carl to organise dropping it off to me so i could do a pre-roadworthy check and have a look at the A/C system. I have the machine at work to do air con. Gearbox is an easy job. same as dropping a manual into a 31. But if you buy your car back it'll take that neo from your old girl no problems. And your 4 pot front/2 pot rears will just bolt straight on as an upgrade

I guess thats on the beetle? I pay $280 a year full comp on the bike, including my riding gear and they know about my loss of license. The car is just stupid, $700 full comp with RACQ everywhere else either won't insure me or it's $1000 or more a year plus $300-400 normal excess, $400 performance excess and a $500 high risk driver excess. Racq is just getting me $300 normal excess. Once i turned 25 they dropped all the rest. Martin im still thinking this F1 weekend over, just all depends on when we are away with Slaughter motorsports
