Car is SOLD!

Hello all, For sale is my R32 GTR. Running perfectly and my weekend toy till a cabbie decided to rearrange the rear quarter panel for me. Then to add insult to injury, the car was sitting outside during the big hail storm a few months ago and has some hail damage too. Car is COMPLETE and completely stock, (aside from exhaust and cam gears), only changed the rear tire to the spare so that it was easier to move. Car was hit right on edge of drivers’ door and rear quarter. Engine/gearbox in perfect condition. Car starts and runs fine and prior to accident was in remarkable condition for it’s age. Spent 2k at RacePace for full service and tune just prior to the accident. Perfect bubble free dash, Nismo 260 kph speedo, very clean interior, all lights/switches work perfectly. Original rims in good condition, 3 inch exhaust, (very quiet), original front bar and lip, headlights, glass etc…complete car. PM for pics/details. $4500ono, located in the south east, melb.

I think there may be a couple more thenths in it, but that would involve a near perfect lap. On one attempt I was 2 tenths up but got too much wheelspin coming out of the corkscrew and that killed my momentum for the remainder of the lap. Would love to get it into the 1:31.5's.

Thought my last time could be improved on by a fair bit. Have now got it down to 1:31.841. There might be a 'little' left in it, but that's pretty close to the limit for the whole lap.

Turned a few more laps last night. 1:32.450. Still more in it though...

Had a go at this last night. Best time so far is 1:32.602 and there's still more in it.

A bunch of roses is nice, but it lacks effort. Your lady will appreciate the effort you went to on V'tines day far more than the quantity and/or type of flowers you send her. Try and take her away from her everyday routine and spoil her, sweep her off her feet. My lady is being picked up in a cab and will be delivered to a secret location where I have organised an outdoor dinner comprising of her favourite foods, wine and desserts. It's also a gimme that if you make her feel special, she'll be more than eager to return the favour ;-)

I've only got one pic and that's on my phone. This is my dad having a go. He's not very good, so I stick the L plate on every time he has a go.

I have the gamerscockpit. Awesome piece of gear. The only real drawback is that it's a little cumbersome to keep adjusting the frame when you have a few people having a go. Makes you notice how smooth you need to be in order to be really fast, and you have so much more accel/brake and steering control. Granted, it's not cheap, but you deally do get what you pay for. Soon going to upgrade to a Logitech G25 wheel with a six speed gated shifter and a clutch pedal.

My dad recieved a notice for throwing a cigarette out of his car. It was at a time when he was stuck to the TV watching the UEFA cup, and the car was parked in the driveway. He wrote them a letter saying someting like "...at the time of the incident, the two teams were in a penalty shootout and my car was still in the driveway..." Two weeks later he received a letter that the fine was to be withdrawn. I think they just want you to pay up and keep quiet and if you contest it they'll drop it. Oh, and my dad was apparently spotted by a member of the police force in front of a cop shop! (cnr Warrigal and Toorak rd)
