A mate of mine bought his R33 with stock injectors, they were purple also, as were some SR20 stock injectors. 370cc at standard rail pressure.

Pivot sell 2 types of shiftlight (that I have seen), one is a small led type with a hideaway box where you make the shift point adjustment, the other is a monster tacho type light only with hide away unit. Most Autobarn stores sell them now. A good alternative to having a huge gague in ure face IMO. Around $199 and $299 respectively.
