  1. i guess it was the old "lets do something no-one else has done" for the same money time and heartache think of the sweet setup the could be pushing out of the RB??? it is odd how nissan japan never sized up to toyota and stroked RB a rb30e has a 6500 rpm redline i am sure with the minor changes to the motor they could have done the RB30DETT put it in a SPEC series car sold it for a bit more
  2. sweet thats the one couldnt find it thanks heaps vinnie
  3. there was a member here who has a site called inline6t.com or nissani6turbo.com or something like this i cant find the site and i have been messing around in a few seach engines he has a maroon r33 gts-t and a few good pages of 32/33/34 tweaking guides and some good writeup about his own personal experiences hes in victoria i just want to have a read up before i buy some bits anyone have this site in there bookmarks ???

  6. nuh i watch all i could and that was a few minutes thats "hardcore 80s" and the weird japenese version of it
  7. so this will work fine on a standard 33 box ?? i assume so but just want to be sure and does it have a cover boot for it ??
  8. hey everyone as it says i am goin to fix my back end after the punk in the VL uses it as a brake well not happy bout that as you would expect well now i am looking for someone in australia who sells geniune parts for these (gts-t r33) google who has been my seach buddy anit helping me on this one all i seem to be getting is a mountian of places with go-fast bits but no nuts and bolts stuff any sites or shops or numbers would be a big help

  10. hey i need a rear bumberbar and the reinforcement i need 100% also need the pertrol tank nozzle housing ie the fuel tank neck insert i think its only pressed in place also the rear strut in boot and can u foward me a pic of the HKS pod filter with adapter ??? cheers
  11. thanks for the good guide but in changing my broken studs the other guides which i needed with there pics where REMOVING THE DISC http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...amp;hl=rear+hub other things i found helpful for this job i didnt have any washers big enough for the job so i used a ring nut end of my spanner to space it out to do up my bolts so they were in firm then put the disc and wheel back on tighted it all up with a wheel brace . just keep goin till you feel it go tight then take your wheel and disc to check they are up tight dont drop you bolt in the bottom of the drum its a pain to get out
  12. hi i havent owned mine for long 6 or so weeks now but i had a r31 and i drove it for 7 or so years never smooth or slow and its stood up very well the only thing i dont do is burnouts , but drifting and gerneral hooning has shown me these R series skyline are good stuff and everyone i have spoken who knows about cars to reckon they are great so as with any car check your fuild levels ,tyre pressure if you dont think theres anything wrong with it drive on bother
  13. i got 4 jaycar kevlar spits front and rear in the standard pods modded them some and it sounds great i got a average 4 x50 watt head unit with the car its not super fantastic but sounds clear with good range now i am looking for some sound supression on the doors and boot for with heavy bass bits of some songs i can get some distortion now i havent totaly rules out the sanyo head unit delivering clean singnal its consitint in where it distorts but not everything i expecting to distort does so i am now looking for some sound deadening but to the point these jaycar speakers cost just on half the price of the sound storm and sound great to me and everyone else for the last 2 weeks
  14. hi all just joined sau and got my new toy last weekend and i am in the hunt for some info but i will be using penrite hpr 15 on my r33 gts-t for its wide range of protection i used it on my old now 19yo r31 and no oil use and over 350,000ks but and used it on my 2 cars before that (turbo coridas) they wernt the best but they lived till io sold them well what is needed is a thin oil which flows easy hence as many have said the 0-20 and less range but not breakdown on high heat like a turbo and aussie conditions are as hot as they come as we all know so 40-60 range is needed for best protection ....... someone correct me if i'm wrong so i use hpr 15-60 becasue it does both well and only about 30 bucks for 5 ltrs i seen this towards the front of the thread Engine: Shell Helix Ultra (Synthetic) 15w-50 or 5w-40 Man Tranz: Shell Spirax CX 80w-90 Diff: Shell Spirax AX 80w-90 Power Steering: Shell ATF Dexron III this written eariler in this thread and i would be thinking go a straight 80 oil for the GB for that should lead to a smoother shift so this weekend its getting a total fuild change for some of this stuff could have been in it since factory so its goin to be engine, GB, diff , clutch, brakes , power steer this will cost me around 100$ but it will be ok for a will know its got good clean oil everywhere and stageagirl oil $35 and $10 for a filter
