Im looking at a Trust PE2 for my (mostly stock,) r33 GTS-T and was wondering: a) what do people that currently run a pe2 think?... is the sound ok? ie not droning whole time b) anyone live over the border (QBN) have trouble with rego? cheers Max

VL getting a hard time in this thread!!.......I owned a VL for many years prior to the R33 and it served me very well. Dont get me wrong though id never give up the skyline for one Cheapest mods i mucked around with were advancing timing + timing belt check out: http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.p...=advance+timing www.calaisturbo.com.au is a good general site for VL and RB30. Terminal I think i have a heap of wheels, parts, gearbox, etc to suit at my folks place (if they havent all been dumped)... they are of no use to me let me know if interested and ill have a look.

Hi guys, Since day one my r33 has had a minor dent on the bonet (looks like possibly a tennis ball incident?) and now im thinking its starting to annoy me A mate of mine was telling me about a place that can fix minor dents without having to respray the area... supposedly they use magnets to remove the dents (being used alot now due to recent hail storms). Anyone know of such a place in canberra, what they cost, etc?? cheers

thanks for the replies... yep speakers covers came out, was hoping to do it without removing parcel shelf but had to remove it. I'm pretty sure complete parcel shelf setup was stock SII (Sanyo 30W speakers and covers that had a bolt through the middle of them?). All good :-)

nah had to just remove the speaker covers. the way these "stock" well i think they were stock? were they couldnt work around it. thankfully i ended up pulling parcel shelf out and all solved! thanks

ok this is seriously getting to me!! surely teh grille can just be popped out without destrying it???

Hi Guys, Removing my standard rear speakers on a sII R33 in getting the car ready for window tinting. Anyone whos done this before care to give some advice or steps as not as not straight forward as i thought.. i have undone the main center bolt... but not sure what to do next, do i rip up the grill (very hard to get off)?? If i do i think im going to damage it.... Is there some concealed screw / bolt that needs to be removed from the bottom that i dont know about? why cant there be a DIY guide on this :-) cheers

Hi Guys.. I'm looking at replacing the stock 6X9s in my R33 and am lookng for some advice regarding what to go for. Not after anything flash (not big into steros) but basically something that will make the most out of the head deck (Pioneer 4X50watt). advice regarding whether to go 2 / 3/ 4 way and how many watts (keeping in mind no plans for amps). ie. using this head unit am i really going to benefit buying Pioneer 420w 3 way over 260w 3 way??? thanks!

Does anyone bring their Skyline to Neil?? I used to bring my car (VL) to Neil many many years ago and always found him good...though last time i spoke to him he didnt think much of Skyline drivers

Just wanting to confirm that Ed is still at Integra?????????? now owning a R33 (stock!) was considering going to a mechanic that actually knows about them (current mechanic is good but doesnt do any skylines normally). Based on the feedback, and the fact Integra is close by it sounds like the place to go.
