apexi rx6 turbos rnt bad either. between garret and hks id choose garrett, for the difference u pay ud hav spare $$ to buy otha mods, most of the price is just for the name 'hks' granted they r a slightly superior turbo from wat i hear

dam thats a sexy interior, its kills the s15 trim which is one of the best found in a jap sports car.

its been done on a few show car/ modeed up r33s but all the owners say its a total bitch of a job, i dunno the price of the guards but id expect the labour part to cost a fair bit

its a fact that japan toughened its emission laws in 2002 but they started it bak in the late 90s, most turbod cars hav either stopped production or gone NA ie MR2, 180sx, 200sx, v35,supra. one thing that puzzles me is how the evo and wrxs are still in productions though... as for nissans future. its a bit mixed bag, i like the 350Z and the v35 but its not their typical jap stye, i mean the v35 is basically a over powered luxury car, i mean not even the gtrs came in leather trim let alone the old gtsts

if u care bout ur turbo shouldnt u be getting a decent coola, especially running 1.2bar. and for optimum power a full exhuast and hd clutch. as for the rb20, yeh i think the actual internals can handle fair bit over 200rwkw

i actually like the bak of it more than the front, u gotta remember not many cars look spectactular stock(180s,r33,silvias etc) .wif some eyelids, nice aggresive front bar and suitable skirts, it would b sex.

yeh id heat wrap the dump pipe and even put a heat bag over the bak half of the turbo keep engine bay temps down and allows the heat to move faster, as for the coola pipes, id get them hpc coated, looks way nicer then heat wrap and basically does the same thing, but cost a bit more to do(note u can also do this to manifolds etc)

does it share the same engine as the 350z, wat r its 0-100 and 1/4 mile times like?

i think a good pod(k and N, blitz) in a airtight, heat proof box with a feed pipe is the best option but i think no matter how good it is ull only gain about 6-7kw at wheels if ur lucky, ive heard of people gaining 10-15kw at wheel wif this setup but i dunno if its possible..would luv to find out though

y r evos so rare in aus if they r aus delivered?? imo they should either mass deliver them (like 200sx) or not deliver at all coz it ***s us up as we can only import non aus delivered cars, o well in the end its a mitsubishi....

the car trying to go straight ahead when u turn the steering wheel to corner, usually when entry speeds exceed the limits of tyre adhersion. mostly happens in fwd/4wd, it can b pretty scary but only happens when u r giving it to it ie dropping clutch at 5000rpm before corner in 2nd gear, in the wet it can b pretty dangerous

supra 5/6 speed, some 300kw rotors favour this one but i dont know the aprox price

doesnt the bak fire/stalling come from having the stock AFM? as the air going in is measuered but then vented out wifout the ecu knowing?

out of the two id go for the integra, they look more sporty, rnt a bad performa and do handle well, i remember in a motor or wheels mag one guy got a 13.5 second pass wif a 97 version NA which is saying alot. wouldnt campare it to a turbo though....

think they came in 4wd too

ive neva heard of any detuned sky 33 being p plate legal in victoria as there is no need to detune them as if u put most stock ones on the dyno i doubt they would get more then 125kw, its the factory power figure that counts so no, no r33 or 34 gtst/gtt is legal for a p plata in vic

failure to display p plates = 3 points, if u lose 5 points within a yr u could face losing ur licence(only applies to p platers), no rumour, heard an official ad for it on the radio, just keeps gettin worse.... not even small airplane pilots face this much bs

serious how many accidents occur do to having gauges on the pillar?? not one, its not like ur not gonna see the car on ur right due to a 5 inch taco. sadly the aust govt has taken it as their mission to protect the 'ignorant and uneducated' people by having all these regulations and laws(not only to cars).the govt thinks prople cant think for themselves, this is y there r no ads for smoking because people would b more tempted, softdrinks neva came out in blue as the colour blu was only used for kerosene etc, also why u see labels on toys saying ' not recommending for use by child unda 3 yrs' or 'contains potential chocking bits'. it happens in most capitalist countries as some regulation is obviosly neccessary, but i think australia may b the stricted in the whole world. in a truly free country the govt would hav no part in this.... i didnt say a place like this existed though

yeh u can drift in a fwd although not as fast or as proper, u use the handbrake to 'hold the angle of the car' i think, looks ok wif the front wheels smoking up and car goin sideways(sort of)
