hey guys i did this just the other day here's some pic's mate to help you out, i found a tyre tube and just cut out the nozzle and pressed it into the bottom of the bottle.. found one of my blow-by hoses had a split in it, i still have a whisling noise and bad idle so im outta ideas now.. my noise is coming from around the blow-by hose that connects to the inlet manifold in the bottom pic you can see the split i found and the lil metal cylinder with the bolt in the top ( duno what its called) i think thats whats making my whisle noise hope that helps ya mate

ahaha i saw your link but didnt click on it i searched there site yesterday ! obviously not quite enough thanks mate but i seen it doesnt say anything about z32 ecu's.. so once im finished all this will it pretty much be a rb25 ecu in the z32 casing pretty much? thats simple terms of course

^^ why didnt you just go to repco and buy something the same size? i did cost me like $30 and perfect for over 2 years.. also does anyone know if s13 or r32 mirrors fit?? !!

iv searched and found some ecu pinout for z32 ecu but it doesnt seem like there is much info here is it below does this look right or should there be more imformation? thanks guys

i went to mercury website and there was no advertisment of re-maps, i was previously on there site a month ago and found there pricing and everything on it but now its gone i might hit up google and find those pin-outs and have a sus

who would i take it too (z32) ecu to get those modifications done? any knowledgable tuner be able to perform this? id get onto dr drift if he was in my state, planning money and time on him bein up here for a day or too will be difficult.. iv been looking into devices to control vct, would VTEC controller work? if not could anyone reccomend something that will do the job thanks

hey mate you can weld or use wire tie's to hold the internal wastegate either open or closed i cant remember which one atm.. then the turbo relies on your external gate to control the boost.. it will control boost alot better aparently and will be able to run higher boost more stable anyone correct me if im wrong please?

(manwhore) where bouts are you getting your re-map done? if i could get a re-map for $350 id prob go buy new turbo and injectors right now ahaha (paulr33) so id have to find an ecu that runs the vct? do any other nissans run it? non turbo rb25 ecu run the same format or ecu as turbo? thanks heaps guys this info is great

hey guys i did a search and didnt find anything, i never seen to find anything but everyone else does so help me if need be anyways iv heard bout some rb25det running off re-mapped rb20 ecu's.. im assuming it wouldnt be a direct swap of course and some changes would need to be made, but what changes exactly? anyone here done it? how hard? i know i should just source a PFC or something similar and i wont get as good of result maybe, but want to not take the sh*t option but something less costly or different.. wish i went the rb20 for my ceffy due to easy tuning i know there is alot of people who are knowledgeable so please dont flame me ahaha im just stuck with what i want to do with my car and some opinions about this would be great thanks iv just read a few threads and it says you can re-map r33 ecu but cost more, but no one mention's how much more.. where around the brisbane area could i go with either r32 or 300zx ecu and say make it work???

i did a 1 month trial as a tool maker which is kinda higher ranked fitter and turner kinda thing, turned it down cause who knows why... thinkin back now id be on my 3rd year working with flowjets, literaly making any parts i want who's cut?? me cut... but im looking into spray-painting soon, your work is something you and everyone that see's it can admire which i think would be satisfying.. sooner you start sooner you finish, and the older you get the more money you need to live and app dont pay too great when you start.. so start straight away goodluck

my dads mate works on the oil rigs and only drives his new ute for 3 days every 3 weeks and its had soo much shit gone wrong, diff, gearbox, tail shaft, cv joints.. its his run around car so it doesnt get smashed.. mate works for them and all i hear is broken diff's and on and on give them a few years and they will have the bugs gone and and by then our engines would have blown so we will have rebuilds and they will still lose to us.. vicious cycle of nissans better

ohh i see now, i knew the function of the catch can but didnt know it could build presure.. iv seen catch cans with and without baffles n steel wool n that, why is that in there? capture the vapour and slow things down?...

hey mate was wondering do you "have" to have your ceffy rear gaurds rolled? or could you get away with it without it? also if your running coilovers do they hit or anything? also do you have any pics from behind showing the track thanks mate

why do you need a breather and for it to go back into the intake? i never knew there was a wrong way to hook up catch can.. someone care to explain?

ahaha cops arnt to bright, rock up and say look at the form "wastegate" and show them the wastegate.. they can only test what the form says cant they? if the cop got it wrong then its his fault

i got rb25det s1 in my cefiro and i cant get anywhere im first soon as boost comes on they spin n revs fly almost on rev limit in blink of an eye, hard shift in 2nd will spin for bout 5-10 seconds then grip by then you gotta shift anyways and chirp in 3rd with a good shift mods: exhaust pod front mount bigger fuel pump stock boost coilovers it wont chirp in 3rd with more boost for some reason kinda feels like it just dies down... lately tho it feels heavier on the road i also cant launch my car it will either bog down or spin forgot to add i run falken ziex 235 on rear

hey mate i got the same problem with my cefiro when i put aftermarket fuel pump in i noticed that the sender or whatever it is wasnt touchin, bent it to touch and now it shows just over 3/4 when i fill up when it use to show 1/2. if i could be bothered to do it again n make sure it touches the whole way im sure it would be even better yet.. so maybe just have a look and take some photos many people on here could prob pick the problem from a simple picture goodluck mate, will keep my eye on this

ended up getting bord at work and installing some narva artic blue or something in, found the T10 but they said they dont make T5 in that same thing so half way up my speedo goes dull again.... ohwell lucky my speedo doesnt work ahaha

i bought one of those relocated throttle body plentums and my mechanic refused to put it on unless i had a safc or something, he grabbed a genuine greddy one and showed me/explained how these stock ones front goes low then high then low presure so you will have different volumes of air in the plentum.. when the greddy ones start high and wide then thin/lower towards the back to keep the presure the same across all cylinders.. he rebuilds engines allday and has every kind of machanical degree so i sold it ahah anything he doesnt like i wont buy but ohwell i respect his knowledge n experiance.. i really liked it though ahaaha before and after dyno runs would be very interesting just looked at your photo and you can see how they incorperated what i was talking about into that one, looks rediculously clean and very well made !!!

well would you sell just the black plastic part in the mirror which holds the glass? cause thats all that im chasing just the part that clips in with the glass.. Mine fell out on the highway, prob should have checked if you would seperate that first thanks
