  1. +1 on that
  2. I am in depending when it is on. Won't be able to go if it is at the end of Oct or first part of Nov, because of Uni.
  3. Any updates of it happening in Australia?
  4. Saw a black V35 sedan the other day on the way to epping road on m2 (Sydney). Had xenon lights from memory. This was like 5 days ago...
  5. My maintenance is due and read the guidebook. It says to replace the in-cabin microfilter. Sounds like it is unnecessary. Has anyone ever replaced it?
  6. Currently have a V35 Skyline and not planning to replace it any time soon. However, in future would either get a newer version or 300C SRT-8.
  7. Yep! Learned my lesson. They did just that. They took it to Wheel Repair Center.
  8. Want a V35 in it? lol. If so, I'd be up if it was in December. Never been to a drag strip, so wouldn't mind.
  9. If only it was a bit closer than Bankstown to the city... I'd play for sure! Done the North Sydney Comp before.
  10. Let us know how it goes.
  11. Man, I am getting majorly ripped off with Jax it seems... 200 bucks... And they are taking over a week now...
  12. Isn't there a reset button like on bose sound systems? Where by pressing a combination persistently it spits out the CD? (And no, not dreaming, have done it before when it went caputs...)
  13. I use Pennzoil.
  14. Observe the contract that you have.
  15. This is the post for you to share cheap places where a tire puncture or a cracked rim can get repaired in Eastern Suburbs. I think I've been ripped off by Jaxx recently with regards to getting a cracked wheel repaired at 200, plus their 30 bucks for tire puncture seems very steep. The aim of the post is for the consumer to be prepared when the unlucky event occurs and go to the best cost effective place straight away and not get pressured on the spot as they might have little choice left (driving around with cracked or punctured tires is not the best thing) or little time to actually drive around finding the best place (full time work will do that to you).
  16. 80 bucks to fix a cracked wheel? Jaxx is charging me 200 bucks... those ********.
  17. Mine's is 1800 something now, after just having a 89 raise for exhaust (just the muffler part mind you). Double the price wheels increased my premium 6 bucks... Interesting ha? Thought the wheels would be more risky for them to insure...
  18. Nah, my sisters was a 4 cylinder. It revved so hard! Has VVTI or something. Didnt go anywhere, but was fun just revving it to the max, which was like immediate upon pressing the accelerator hehe.
  19. Yeah, those diesel X5 feel crazy when u're inside them. But then I look at the speedo, and its like only 40km/h lol. Great car just for the thrills of it. Can rev it out and not not break any laws. Miss the days of my sister's Rav4.... hahaha.
  20. Not the poor dogs... They wont stop a professional thief and poor dogs will be all alone, hungry and cold.
  21. Ooops, sorry. Sydney hehe.
  22. Awesome. Not really worried about the noise not passing, but more on emissions (I'm a nube in exhaust emissions and what they should be - don't think spelling the exhaust from the outside is a smart move or a correct indicator ).
  23. I like the city now. Most of the roads are empty and easy to drive through, hehe.
  24. Spotted 2 silver V35s in city yesterday. One was stock standard edition. The other one was also stock apart from the exhaust and the guy was on green p-plates.
  25. So basically a quiet exhaust on the car from a reputable brand can be engineered?
