cracks are from the old plastic heating up and cooling when you turn your lights on and off. they are within the plastic surface and wont piss off with a polish. get new lights lol -

i dunno, whats on his plate looks pretty good. you know whats gay? the gym im currently at doesnt actually have a bench press. when i asked why, they spun me some bs about bench being old tech and most gyms nowadays are gonna move to machine weights, which are better. im so looking forward to leaving this place
