my PB was 90, but that was a long time ago. im doing squats again . maxing out at 60 . i am currently doing 3x 6 reps (ass to floor) after which im absolutely wrecked. should i focus on putting more weight on the bar or trying to increase reps? increase reps as in being able to get to 10

flashing for rbt is no different to speed traps. think about it. if they can see it, why flash? and if they cant, its usually too late for them to turn around anyway. if they do its probably gonna be noted by the cops at the rbt. if they cant see it, a warning might stop some idiot doing 15k over while playing with his stereo from ploughing into the back of the line. also the not flashing euros is tall poppy syndrome pure n simple. youse all jelly brah(s). in the end, flashing is supposed to be a warning of road hazard, be it cops, radar, or a fallen tree
