Has anyone got a tow bar on their skyline. After I replace my skyline from being stolen I want to put a tow bar on it to tow a jet ski. I know it looks ugly. Do you think it will strain or damage the engine/turbo.

Yes. Sadly my skyline was stolen about 3 months ago. In front of my girlfriends house. Alarm, immobiliser and they still took it. Woke up to go to work and it was gone. That was the worst feeling in my life.

Im pretty sure its just hooked up to your alternator and registers the RPM the engine is doing and estimates a reading from there

I have a GFB hybrid. Half vents to atmosphere the other half gets re cycled so you dont get those problems of rich mixtures during gear changes and stalling. Yoy can buy an adaptor for it so it bolts straight on where the stock BOV was/is. Looks good too. Check out the GFB site.

Chopobo: Grab a small piece of cable about 100mm long (maybe speaker cable) strip both ends and use it to bridge (short) out the two wires by actually touching both of them.

You can reset your ECU by: under the dash near the fuse box there is a grey plug. Theres two wires all by them selves. While the cars ignition is on short the two wires out for 2 seconds. This goes into diagnostic mode. You will see the check engine light flash. It should flash 5 times quickly and 5 times slowly consecutively, this means your car is all OK. By doing this it also resets your ECU and without all the problems like alarm, reseting clocks and radios.

Hi Raver Ace You should have 4.3 L in total including the oil filter. You should change the oil filter if you havnt already done so. Try using a synthetic blend of a viscosity rating of 40 or 50. I usually change my oil every 6000 km
