  1. LAUGH OUT FING LOUD hahahahAHHAHAHAHA man that was funny! WTF is that guy on!
  2. hahaha thanks for the feedback guys, everyone seems to like it so far just as long as the RTA doesn't try sue me or something
  3. Hey guys, just put a slightly improved version I made up on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58esItDetjA# Enjoy
  4. "I love the first comment i see on youtube "Clearly this ad is trying to say that all Commodore drivers have small wangs. But we already knew that, so its kind of a waste of tax payers money." Hahaha that was my comment. Those photoshopped pics are fkn HILARIOUS. To be honest I think its probably one of the better adds out there, I mean at least it shows a half decent burnout. But yeah, first clip - Chick was unimpressed with the burnout 2nd clip - Some idiot woman nearly steps out infront of a car and then has an old women propose lesbian adventures 3rd clip - Terrible drift, obviously his mates thought so to.
  5. Am i the only one that thinks drivers over 65 should have to have E plates (elderly) and driving restrictions? I mean we P platers have all that because its accepted that we are less experienced drivers who are more likely to crash. But so are old people. They have experience sure but they have the reaction times of turtles. Funny thing is though is that the second you even sugest such a thing they would be up in arms about how they have been driving for 50 years and never had an accident bla bla bla. I was in the car with my grandmother once. She put her purse over the handbrake and drove off (forgetting to let the handbrake down of course). We then stopped at an intersection, she asks if its clear my way. I say 'no' and she drives through, gets honked at, turns too wide and mounts the gutter on the other side then continues down the street with her handbrake making a groaning noise from still being on. Anyway I feel for you man, thats gotta really suck!
  6. Well I spent over 2 hours on it on sunday before giving up. The 3 lines took bloody ages to get off they were on so damn tight, then once that was done I spent like 80 minutes with a hammer and a block of wood and i just could NOT get that friggin cap to budge. It then started raining so I went 'f**k it!' and gave up. And yeah I made sure to move the terminal clamp well away as I know it sparks when it touches. Although to be honest I think I would be passing out from petrol fumes before the fuel vapour got bad enough to ignite. Also mobile phones causing fuel ignition is a 100% myth, as proven by mythbusters Anyway ill just get a shop to do it, least I tried to do it myself I guess. Thanks for the tips guys.
  7. Im after a Slide Highflow turbo, I was all geared up to buy one from him but he informed me that Garret has stopped making the shafts he used So yeah, if someone has a good condition RB25 Highflow (doesn't matter what stage) name your price EDIT: Also might be interested in a HKS 2530 (T3)
  8. Cheers mate, off i go to try do it now
  9. So ive looked at a few DIY tutorials for fuel pump replacement, my only question is, does it matter if the tank is nearly full?
  10. You say that like its a bad thing I wish I had half as much money as this guy seems to
  11. Let us know how you go, I have a S-AFC II sitting next to me right now so I will be interested to see what can be done with it
  12. Care to explain what was 'uninformed' about it? I don't like commodores or falcons. Thats not a matter of being informed or not, its a matter of opinion.
  13. How about cars I would prefer we WEREN'T Allowed? Commodores (Especially VL's) Falcon Utes Done. Every time you read about a P plater crashing and killing his 27 friends who were in the car, its a commodore driver.......every time you read of a P plater doing 240 through a school zone, its a commo driver......... Nuff said.
  14. Thanks for the input everyone, might have to invest in some decent swaybars
  15. From what I can find out, the SSV is a typo. The SSQV stands for Super Sequential Blowoff Valve, there is no SSV
  16. You say its only hapening with the colder air? Maybe like what was sugested your getting a sort of resonating sound that is maybe only occuring with the colder, denser air? Can't say as ive ever heard a 'howling' from my turbo. Just how loud is it?
  17. Hmm your probably right, given that Bentley's are luxury cars not supercars they probably don't handle all that well on a track, but it certainly handled better than my car would. We took it down some windys which I frequently drive, the guy was able to just throw it into corners and plant it, the AWD system just held on like nothing ive ever experienced before. Although maybe it was just the sheer acceleration power and the awe of being in such a car, as you say on a track it probably doesn't do very well at all. It sucked though, I got back in my car and felt like I was driving a Fiat panda with a couple of dropped cylinders.
  18. Currently on stock suspension I wouldn't say my car handles all that well. It gets pretty fierce understeer when going into a corner to quick, gets tyre squeal easy etc. It handles better than my old magna, but like I said I wouldn't exactly call it racecar material. Is this down to the car in general or with a decent set of shocks and springs, swaybars, strut braces all that sort of stuff, just what sort of difference would I see/feel? Im mainly talking about a 33 GTS-T here, obviously a GTR is going to handle a crap load better. Those who have gtst's and went from stock suspension to something decent, just what sort of difference did it make? I would imagen for example, that a well setup 180sx is going to school a 33 with a similar setup on the track (assuming equal power), or am I mistaken? Im sure driving ability also has a fair bit to do with it. Reason I ask is im looking at upgrading my suspension, last year I got a ride in a bentley continental GT, and my god.....that thing was taking corners I wouldn't have dared try in my car, and the Bentley weighs over 2tons! crazy stuff...
  19. Why do you have dyno sheets showing progress? I must have read wrong earlier, i thought your car was pretty much stock and you were getting ALL those mods put on at once?
  20. Instead of starting a whole new thread on highflows (sorry to hijack) I was just after peoples opinions on the following: Ive just bought a Walbro fuel pump and Apexi S-AFC II and hope to buy an FMIC kit in the next couple of days. My understanding is that the SAFC can't really handle any sort of injector upgrade. Anyway I am sorely tempted into buying a Slide High Flowed RB25 turbo. My question is, how much gains would I see from the highflow given that I can't really up my injectors. Would probably run the highflow at around 1bar. What sort of power would I be looking at? (Already have POD, boost controller and 3" turbo back zorst) Like if im going to get around 190-200rwkw with the pump, fmic, safc and stock turbo would it be pushing the injectors too much to be hopeing for 230-250rwkw with the slide highflow?
  21. made_guy - No idea mate But I solved my own problem, pulled the whole thing off and refitted it. I think when I put it on I put the tube coming from the IC on then twisted the whole thing to get it in a position to fit the actuator hose, but by doing so im pretty sure i must have twisted the line from the IC without noticing meaning very little air was getting through. Holds great now, car def has more go. Just waiting for my boost guage to find out exactly what boost im at.
  22. Just did a really rough estimate, that list comes out to at LEAST $11k in mods. And I mean at LEAST. I think it might be closer to $14k as I wasn't sure on alot of those items so gave a low estimate.
  23. Well mate you sound like a flipping loony but thats a huge list of mods for your car and I wish you luck with it, I look forward to seing the dyno sheet. Just go easy when you first get her back, just a huge change at once it will literally be like driving an entirely different car with completely different handling characteristics.
  24. I calculate 3 bar to be 44.1 PSI Thats if you take 1 bar to be 14.7psi, pretty sure thats right
  25. When you say a walbro pump with the higher L/min rating, which one would that be? Only ones I see on ebay are the 255L/hour jobbies, the Walbro GSS 341. That the one your talking to or is there a model up from that? I WOULD like to go with the Walbro mainly because they seem easy to source and are one of the less expensive pumps around.
