Oh man, i think my situation is worse than u'rz. time is ALYWAS going backwards. Mainly because of the windscreens coming off late, Jetspeed doing crappy jobs on bodykit, gotta fill and smooth out every single piece. stuff like that. The painter is a freind of a freinds. Prep and Paint. 2500 including paint. Does anyone kno the best thing to do about the sunroof on an R33? does change of color mean remove sunroof?? Hows u'r car going Craved? And what made the delays?

yea i like u'r idea craved, but i think i dind't explain everything properly. i ain't doing a complete prep. just removing everything, sanding it down and masking it up. The painter will be priming, rub down, clean and paint. So, yea the painter is actualli going to come over to check it out, so saves me from taking it down anywhere, but thanks 4 the adivce anyways. U said two week until...what? licence back ...or gettin sprayed?

hey looks good. You done this all u'rself huh? How much expirence did u have when u did it? Just wanted to kno, what did u use for masking up? it looks like paper that is patched up to increase the area. Is that right? And also, when u spray over a painted surface with primer, and paint, does it go so thick that the original lines of u'r car body will be less noticable?

Yea....shit i forgot about that... i need to do that too, fill in the holes Some freinds say they got someone to weld it then grind it smooth and flush again. But i don't kno anyone who can do this for me in such a sort amount of time. Is there a easier and quicker way that does the job? like. does silicon work? coz a different wing is going on it laterz. Yea i think the Gts-t barrels are the same. Some guy on this forum started a thread about theft, he had his GTR barrel replaced with a gts-t one. So yea. But then, why u say u got a R32 barrel? Coz doesn't R32 have the wiper switch colum thingie on the dash as a little knob like the 300zx? Coz that means the plastic cover around the barrel will be different too

Coz my friend and other ppl told me that its hard twice as hard to remove the small side windows than the windscreen and cost more to replace as well. And also the seals are easy to break, so prolli better to get a window man to do it. What color are u doing it anyways?

Steve, 300-500 for his labour for spraying. That doens't include Paint cost or prep. RedLineGTR, Yeah u'r right. Paint is about 350. That includes 4 litres of Paint, 4 litres of Primer, and they gave 20 litres of Thiner. Don't need that much but it cost less than 3 tins of 4 litre thinner. Craved, Yepyep. 2K for the Prep. Thats why doing it myself. u can spend that money on something else....or not spend it at all. But yea u said that u can spray right over the paint without primer. I always thought this was the dodgy way of doing it, but it seems that most ppl tho this anyways, like paint is suppose to stick onto itself so it wouldn't matter. But you said that this can be done, UNLESS u'r spraying it a different color....this is what i was worried about. Going from Red to White, the painter hasn't exlpained everything and i forgot to ask as well. I don't kno dick about spraying, but will this make the paint turn Pink? He said u didn't need to prime it so i'm guessing that it won't.....anyone have ideas about this?
