I am Tyson Garrahy, the owner and operator of the business Japstyle Bodykits I wish to shed some light on the situation and explain, as it has been sensationalised to some extent. I first wish to apologise to my customers for the delay in responding to you as i understand some time has passed since the business was wound down. I extend an invitation to customers who have not recieved their products or a refund to follow the protocol below to recieve a full refund, less moneys you are entitled to under the ebay buyer protection scheme, paypal reimbursments or credit card charge backs. If you have not persued these options already i strongly advise you to. The reason this situation come to pass was due to manufacturing delays, late shipment, and some products simply never made it to the country, or incorrect quantities of ordered products were sent. This meant that the time between the customer ordering and the time it took to ship the item to the customer was excessive, resulting in complaints to ebay. I was deregistered from ebay due to this, and that further compounded the problem. Many are unaware that sales records (eg customers details) became unavalable to me. I then basically lost track of my customers. Much money was lost to overseas suppliers who never shipped me the goods, resulting in a loss of aprox. $20 000 - which is the reason the business no longer operates as all money invested by the business was in its stock. Contrary to popular belief i am not in the business of "scamming". I am an enthusiest and wished to provide my fellow entusiests bodykits at a resonable price - in fact i got in to the business because all the big players in the industry were charging double what the product was worth, and i did not think it was fair. This was my first try at importing goods, and logistics were not quite right - so much so the delays cost me the business. WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT If you are owed money by the business it will be repayed. Follow the protocol below, however i ask for your patients - after all custmers have contacted me the money wil be raised - it is unknown how long this will take, but I will endevour to resolve the situation as quickly as posible. No goods are being sent - your money will be refunded PROTOCOL TO RECIEVE REFUND Send an email to [email protected] with "REFUND" then your full name as subject For your refund to be granted you MUST include a recept of payment - e.g. the stub from a money order, recept from casheer, an extract of a bank statement etc. A date or reference to an email i sent to you is not good enough. Include your name, address, contact number, ebay username (if aplicable), date of payment, amount payed, and let me know if you would like your refund to be mailed or transfered electronically (also include acc and bsb if aplicable) NO OTHER INFO IS REQUIRED I would like to resolve this as quickly as possible, so only email once - i will reply informing you the email has been recieved. Do not include information other than what is required as this will cause delays in the process. I would also like to take this time to dispel some myths and rumours. It is correct that i have moved house for employment reasons. I will not disclose my new address for obious reasons (simply read posts on various forums) I am not a "scammer" I intend to repay every customer who is entitled - i strongly believe in "what comes around, goes around" Japstyle Bodykits is in no way linked to www.jap.com or any other similar business operating anywhere WARNING Any person who acts in a threatening or harassing manner will not recieve a refund even if entitled. That extends to excessive emails, phone calls, or ANY instance of persons arriving at my residence or place of employment... I ask that you follow the protocol. Please refrain from calling as it is not necasary - all i am asking is a FAIR GO - i am doing the right thing by you, so do the right thing by me. Simple.

Hi - know its off topic - but if u know anyone wit a SW20 MR2 then they can pick up a bargain - it was dummy fitted - never drilled or painted - fibreglass/FRP (flexable) - bare white gel coat - purchased from G-force bodykits a few months ago. As new - half new price... Prefer if u can pick it up in bris - do not know how much it would cost to post - as well as the posobility of breaking. Rear pods did not line up exactly and will need to be filed - apart from that prety good

We all know what they look like, so didn't bother with photos. No rips/holes - a bit dusty and will need to be vacumed and maybe steam cleaned. with manual mounts Searched for others and a pair similar were like $250 will take $100 for the pair. Prefer if u can pick up in Bris

Am happy u found what u were after - the comment was not directed squarely at u, so don't take it personal - my point is that if you are genuinally interested it is fine to ask q's and negotiate with me - if you have no intention of buying dont waste my time waiting around for you not to show up - it is advertised in many places and has been for a week or so - and out of the 8 or so inspections only 4 showed...

in light of some time wasters: I know what s#$t is worth, and i know this is cheap as hell! if u say u will turn up, TURN UP! don't waste my time... I WILL SELL TO THE FIRST PERSON TO SHOW UP WITH DEPOSIT - call me for the address etc - will do you a great deal should a deposit be left tonight

Its interesting to mention that in nsw where you need to have 50 hours on your L's to progress to your p's that i do not know a single person who clocked them legitimentally - the same will happen in QLD - so why make a law that in not enforcable at all?? Another interesting point is how the driving test to get P plates is scored. - an example: Myself and my brother in law went for our p's at the same time in Bris - he went in an instuctor excel or somthing. I went in my 300ZX TT - instructor told me to perform a paralel park between imaginary cars and of course said i did it wrong - a complete set up. My bro veered onto the wrong side of the road at one point, stalled the thing twice, even locking the brakes at one point... He got his licence, I did not... You should have heard the examinor stuttur and pause before making up buls##t reasons i "faild" COMPLETE DESCRIMINATION - and our exparement PROVES this

got a 32 gtst stock wing with brake light - is blue though - in bris - will trade for a 6 pack of gold

i have both front seats - fairly good nick - prob need a steam clean - they are from my R32 4 door gtst - both manual with mounts... am in bris. pm me - prob cost about $120 for curior to get them down there - let me know what is a fair price
