Just wondering if anyone out there has a Mines Suspension in their Skyline. If so how do you find it for road use and what type of springs are fitted?

I am new to the Skyline world and am currently trying to setup the suspension on my car. The car is an R33 GTR and it has a Mines suspension. The car was really low when it came from Japan and the ride was very hard. I have adjusted the height by winding up the coil. I also tried to adjust the damping by tuning a valve which had a + and - on it. The car now has more ground clearance but the rear is bouncing off the road. Anyone got this suspension? Any help greatly appreacited.
