  1. Yes and no I mean you can inspect the car here so papers really dont matter get a vehicle inspection and for 250-300$ to put your mind at least as there are dodgy dealers out there ps different auction houses have different grading systems too a 4 at one might be a 3 at another
  2. Pretty much spot on with what shane suggested
  3. LMFAO!!!!!!!!!! to much 4chan? I agree that if you want an import on a budget then s13/180sx is the way to go for your budget otherwise you will need to save more for a Skyline wheter it be a 32/33
  4. 1 bar is 14.7 psi most people run 11-12psi on the standard to make it last any more and its running on borrowed time If that price is fitted its not to deer you will however need a ecu whether it be piggyback or full ecu then a tune
  5. jails a bit to harsh maybe something like a 10k fine and license canceled for 10 years would be more suited for repeat offenders
  6. You gotta give it a year or two before anyone will have formed a factual opinion on these. people can only speculate on them at the moment, but after a season or two they can see if its good/bad being punished for a period of time At the end of the day its good that someone is still making parts for RBs (20 year old engine) but no one can tell you how they really perform
  7. Just order one from carmate even fibrevision orders from them
  8. most definately wont hit genuine 300rwhp on a fmic and cat back even with a vipec get a dump/front while your doing it, cheap power then you should hit 260-280 and most people run stock turbos on 0.8 bar/11-12psi
  9. Strange about that one Trent, when i called up they said contact the mob up in QLD (which i assume is performance springs) and said they dont deal with springs.... anyone specific i should speak to?
  10. Did you replace the coilpack loom? http://justjap.com/store/product.php?produ...at=0&page=1 that thingy, known to get worn as it does sit ontop of the engine and gets heated up alot
  11. If you wouldnt mind Marko could you find out the part number please. Thanks in advance yeh ill be ordering my sump adaptor from proengines, heard of plenty of good things about him
  12. Was the part number PS3506(forgot the rest) for the springs? (they only have 1 type of spring for rb26) Did you change the retainers, valve guides etc? or any other head work?
  13. Did you end up going with performance springs? or the jap stuff? seeing as the prices are 2-3x more is it worth it?
  14. Welcome! should be a big change from Holden V6 to boosted Straight 6 downside is Holdens are prolly more comfy/modern hahaha
  15. bad luck mate.... must of been a big hit from a bus do you know which insurance company the gov insures there vehicles through?

  17. How did you go with finding more info in reguards to these cams and valve springs? Im planning to run a silimar setup except a T51r-Kai instead of -10s (same HP rating though)
  18. usually fine until you hit boost or you stop paying attention and have to get on the brakes pronto!
  19. Genuine nissan gasket kit + jap brand headgasket kit which includes the intake and exhaust metal gaskets (tomei or Hks) my mech recommends a 1.2mm gasket if the last tune was bad you'd want to retune it for run in before a power tune
  20. Yep pick a tuner before you buy an ecu, no matter how cheap the ecu may be also something more popular like power fc, haltech etc would be better incase you dont like the tune you can tell the tuner to f**k off cars use/hp goal = choice of turbo + injector
  21. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Rb....html&st=40 post 57 and post 59 mmmmm my mistake though, thought he used the standard pipes
  22. for the price just get a new 040 there like $200 these days? or the cheaper option walbros $170ish?
