Ok I've had a bit of a weird problem for the last few weeks, had the car service a few weeks ago, they cleaned the aac valve, which stuffed up the idle. Readjusted it, which seems to have made it a bit better, but it was still there. I then replaced my pod filter, as I had ordered a new one before, which improved the idle even more. But I am still getting a constant fuel smell in my car. I have a ecu talk lcd display, and I'm getting no codes.
The idle problems only seem to happen when the cars warm now. I can't see any leaks as far as I can tell. Does anyone have any pointers for me? Before I book it into a mechanics to get checked? Also my fuel consumption has increased, but like I said, still no codes.
Now would replacing the aac valve solve this?
thx
