Yeah that stuff, I didn't bother with launch control, but the ecu is controlling the boost and thermo fans, as I got rid of the clutch fan.

If your going the vipec, make sure you figure out what additional stuff you want it to control before getting it installed, but you probably already have it covered.

Also why are you after the v66 plugin ecu? Any additional benefits over the v44 plugin? I'd make sure you talked to Glen at ESP about the VIPEC as well.

I have the hks 2835 pro s turbo on my car. Happy enough with the power. Most I've had it at is 267kw @ 15psi. Didnt want to strain the turbo too much after blowing my last one. Happy with the power and the lag. Also as far as im aware hks have now brought out the 2835 kai turbo, which I believe is an improvement on the pro s. If you really want the 3076r I'd talk to Mick as well, as he is running it on his 25. edit: one of the reasons I went with the hks turbo, was apart from the heatshield it pretty much looks factory, and is a direct bolt on.

I pretty much get similar figures with my 25, I've come to think of it as normal.

My exhaust absolutely reaked of petrol for one thing, car was also dropping several psi of boost high in the rev range. Now the cats been replaced no more overwhelming fuel smell coming from the exhaust.

Whatever happens RBR really need to sort it out and quick smart, doesn't sound like it is doing anyone in the team any good.

While I wish you guys all the best. I find it a bit rich to call the finished product the "ultimate modified car" from the ground up, considering whatever car thats chosen will be non turbo. While I can understand why you may of done this, with the whole under 25 thing, one of my criteria for ultimate modified car would be some serious horsepower. And I will be very suprised if you get huge horsepower numbers out of any 1 of the 4 cars with out either a massive engine rebuild or wacking a turbo or supercharger on them. If you do get some good HP numbers on the NA motor all the better to you, but I'm not holding my breath.

Wouldn't mind finding out how many r32 sedans are going? They seem to be common enough in japan but theres crap all in australia, compared to the coupes.

I can understand Mark being annoyed but I can understand RBR's point of view as well. Really instead of saying we don't play favourites, it might of been better to say we will put the driver with the most points first. It seems like if anything RBR could of handled the whole front wing thing better.

I think the several act events have shown that skyline owners won't get too pissed if you show up. You'll just have to ride in the last group
