Spot a silver r32 4 door gts-t regularly at my work in belconnen.

I took it out for a drive! Sad I know lol.

I dont know about that, you'd probably need to troll through the forums trying to see if theres any info on that, an uneducated guess would be that the suspension mounting points are probably shared with the GTR, but thats just a guess.

From memory I have TEIN HA and HR Coilovers in the car, but the suspension is as hard as a rock almost, Great driving car, but not on uneven roads. My car also has chassis bracing along the bottom of the car, from the rear subframe.

Yeah I took it to Gibbs, good service, issue was blown fuse.

Problem was two blown fuses in the fuse box. Should of checked that before.

Hi All I have had my drivers door get stuck in the down position, I've read a few threads and some say to unplug the white plug near the window motor and hook it up to an external power source to get it in the up position.How much power would I need? I also swapped out the door switch module with a spare one I had, and it still doesn't work, the power mirror functions work ,and the folding mirror switch works, just neither module will let the windows up or down, even though the locking mechanism works. The old door switch module was working when I swapped it out. So I doubt I have two failed modules, just wondering what else it might be? None of the windows will move up or down in the car now at all, so I'm wondering if it's a door loom problem? Was just after some advice before I take it to an auto electrician. thanks

Drivers window is stuck in the down position and swapping over to my old window module won't fix it, Half the functions on the module work, just not the window section. Off to the autoelectrician I go, I think theres something wrong with my door loom.

Anyone have any recommendations on auto electricians on the north side? Previously used spence auto electrics, but havent been there for ages. My power windows don't work at all at the moment. Which sucks when it's stuck in the down position.

somethings up with the electrics, the unit itself is still in one piece.

managed to break the power windows module somehow....., of comes the drivers door skin again, to check out whats wrong.

Grats on the purchase, I have a gts4 four door myself. Not sure about total numbers but there are a few things such as the gts4 does not have the full atessa ets spec 4wd system that the gtr does. Apart from that the gts4 4 door shares most of the stuff that applies to the gts4 2 door. I would say most if not all other parts are interchangeable with a normal rwd 4 door. I have heard the ratios and spec of the gts4 gearbox is slightly different to a gtr as well.

Also budget for a potential set of new tires, unless you have slicks or semi slicks, you will put a bit of wear on your tires.

It is not totally unlikely that your car will break, I had mine trailered back once, at a 350$ cost. Due to a bad driveline noise. (turned out to be a loose pully.) But it's not totally impossible, you are stressing the car and pushing it, so it's not impossible that a turbo could blow, or you have some kind of failure. My advice apart from what everyone else said, is do some slow cooldown laps as well, dont flog the car the entire session. I was doing a fair few hot laps and would then do a slower lap to give the car a break.

Maybe it's changed since I've been over, but i've cleared a defect before, and my car has various mods which they didn't tell me I needed an engineers report for. My advice, go over and have a go, make sure you have an english language manual and the relevant tire placards and engine compartment stickers (in english) as they can pick you up on that. If you havent got that stuff, trojan can source it for you.

From the pics it looks like it does have heated mirrors, There is an extra plug I think, So yeah if your interested in selling them seperately I'd be interested in both front door looms. I ran into the situation where I have the mirrors and the door switch, but not the loom

Does the car have heated mirrors? if so I'd be interested in the door looms. Do you have many more. Pics as they don't seem to work for me.
