Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in some new rims and dispensing of the old ragged stock ones for my R33. Mentioned this to a friend of mine who asked me whether I was gonna buy a staggered set. Asked him why but he couldnt really give me a reason other than that you get more traction at the back wheels... so can someone help me out on this one? Is it worth it and are there any disadvantages?

Thanks guys... I'm guessing then by the prices you guys just listed... that the guys charging around the 250 mark are going "a little" beyond the actual cost of the oil...! Even if they used the stuff that RedLine mentioned...

Its my R33's first service (in Australia that is) and I've done a bit of ringing around for pricing, and for a simple oil change I've had quotes ranging between $80 and $270. Obviously the type of oil that is used is going to affect the cost but the discrepancy is a bit large just to put it down to the type of oil surely. Any advice on a reasonable price for a decent brand of oil?

Yeah I'll be there in spirit 2... I always park in west 4 or west 2 and to be honest before reading this thread I've been a very complacent man, content to place my faith in my alarm system. But after reading all this... I think I'll have to convert to a new religion... I must have been naive. If any1 catches this bastard... redefine his meaning of pain.

I am currently negotiating over a Series 2 GTS-T but I want to know if the car is as good as it looks. Does anyone have any advice as to who I can take it to for an extremely STRICT inspection. I'm not too confident in the guy who is trying to sell it to me. Thanks guys.
