Hey guys I need a new battery for my r33 unfrotunately in order to have a look at my battery I need to remove a fair bit of crap from the rear of my car (Speakers,subs etc...) So I was wondering does anyone off the top of their head know the size/battery number? Also can anyone recommend me a decent battery do I require a dry cell or will anything be fine? thanks

yep using both runnign approx 10psi hasnt popped off again since I turned the boost down a lil bout 8psi now

by the way I wasnt quite as silly as the other guy leaving the boost controller hose disconnected I just plummed it into one of the silcon joiners on the cooler piping till i found a better spot.. which is now on the fuel regulator line.

yeah did that even went to the extent of using the air gun still coming off..other than that everything is running great car seems to be boosting a bit more (according to the gauge) so im gonna turn the boost controller right down. did have a small problem with the top pipe hitting the fan but thats fixed now. thanks for all your help guys greatly appreciated. im very fortunate too the cooler hasnt meant i have any fully sik flutter.. so im happy with that.

Lol sorry wayne he he he okay guys got it all done without too many hassles. Ill post up some pics later. one small problem though under boost and only occasionally one of the hoses will blow off. This used to happen on my old tx5 and was caused by the spring on my bov being too tight same thing or something else?

guys quick question my boost controller was hooked up to the nib on the stock top intercooler pipe with the new piping there is no nib whats the best way to hook it up now??

Hey guys I got a shitty ebay front mount IM just in the process of mounting it. I was wondering where do I need to cut from looking at it it seems a hole needs to be cut below the washer bottle and a section of the reo (metal support bar) needs to be cut to fit the actual cooler is this correct?

ill take this one step further and get ready to be flamed.. Im currently working on installing not just dvd screen in my car a full computer.. it will have all those cool pc options cd/dvd burner, dvd player, wireless internet, games, gps, reverse camera and front camera (maybe mounted in the grill for cool cruise shots) and of course a hard drive stocked with mp3 and music videos. As far as covering your controls goes mines adjustable and doesnt just flip out and up it swivels left and right (does yours have that)?? It makes it a bit easier to get to the controls.

Its funny really I still havent been pulled over once in my skyline.. I have however received an epa letter in the mail (no big deal), my skyline is relatively stock but does have a loud exhaust and is painted a different colour to stock (this sometimes makes a difference) but as of yet no real issues. However...... When I owned my auto tx5 turbo I was pulled up probably once a month for 14 or so months, most of the time the officer was really good had a look over the car told me I had a few things wrong told me to fix em or next time I'd be off to the epa.. other times I obviously had some who were having a bad day on one occasion I was unroadworthied, epa'd, fined for speeding and fined for having my p plates behind dark tinting, as well as almost fined for not yet changing my address on my license..all by the same officer and on my birthday of all days. And my girlfriend was in the car in tears lol. But generally drive safe dont be an idiot and you'll have no probelms.

I started my car the other day (r33 also) at work.. anyways what should scramble out from under the car as Im waiting for it to warm up a freakin possum.. Scared the shit outta me the bastard looked so confused like he has just awoken from a nice sleep lol.. but rats and dog food man my only advice would be to call in catwoman..

I personaly feel driving with a minor defect loud exhaust bov cooler etc.. etc is one thing but drink driving you deserve the full extent of the law.. and I understand thats a bit of a lop sided view but Im sure many of the people here agree with that too.

Hey guys, Got EPA'd and have been told that my muffler is too loud. However, the exhaust shop informed me that it would be fine with a standard R33 muffler. I was wondering if anyone in Melbourne area has a stock muffler I could borrow or purchase? I will happily pay for and leave a deposit if required.
