I can confirm that in Perth they are holding a repo'd 33 GTR. Silver in colour, from the small pics iv seen, looks to have stock wheels, bodykit and interior. It will not be advertised for around a month I have been told (person it was taken from has an option to buy it back). Too early to say what price they are putting on it...

I own a BF XR6 Turbo at the moment. Maybe visit www.fordxr6turbo.com for a look at how the engine responds to light and heavy modification (depending on budget obviously), Im a member and there is tonnes of info on how the guys have their T's set up... My T is moderately stock - and not an impressive handling car to say the least, you dont feel all the power because of the weight it holds - but iv heard an edit (custom tune) makes it a different beast all together... Cheers.

Top work, had a muffler replaced with straight through pipes on my ute for a better exhaust note and i love it... Have posted about your work on the XR6 Turbo forum too so you might see some more work from there... Cheers Kermit.

You think he would of put an aftermarket steering wheel on there at least... Jesus. All those aftermarket bits and it still looks horrible IMO.

GT-SS are quite cheap on Nengun at the moment (was a little while ago at least) and they will have more response than the 2530's but less top end power, but if its for an out and out street car i know id want the response. I was gonna build my GTR before i sold it and would of had the GT-SS over the 2530's all day everyday. As someone else said in this thread and wrxhoon put it into time figures, they can make ya 320awkw's with the right supporting mods and run an 11 if your a decent driver.

Id go with a cooling pro kit from Just Jap... they seem a big company and very good to deal with.

Although GMG is a nice colour, they seem to be most common so if it were me i wouldnt paint it GMG. If i was to ever by another 32 GTR i would def be looking for one in white or Silver - Both look porn. Black or any other colour rims would match too....

I sold my GTR to start saving for a house. Im still only 20 tho so in a slightly different position than you. Problem for me would be not being able to make repayments or whatever. Im not on great money so, the line had to go. Just trying to start off with a block. Maybe you should look at getting a block only - can half the loan you would need for a house, and sit on that for a couple of years??? If it works, build or sell up and get a car with money to blow aswell

Probably not the response you were lookin for but when i had my GTR i bought a dash mat for the dash. Ok it doesnt look as good with it on, but it sure as hell looks after it. I got mine from Autoworx in Perth, not sure who else sells them but i only payed about $40 - $60 from memory. Is a great investment. Had mine on for well over a year and the dash didnt bubble or crack at all.

I had a good look at this car when it was on display at Autotechnika car show (think thats how its spelt) and it looks the goods. He is the one with the evo and has all his work done at X-speed. One of my friends knows him quite well and said when his old man passed he left him a couple mill or something (was a very accomplished accountant) so he has put a stack of money into his cars... He only youngish too i think. Not sure whether its true or not but there ya go, i think if i had the money id certainly be looking... Much rather that than a new boxster or something.

Have a look at the Jun Grill... pretty sure Kudos motorsports sells it on the forum here. That would finish the car off really nice. IMO would go with the car a lot better than with the standard r32 GTR grill.

It could be the BOV but i would also make sure that it isnt a bad connection or dry solder joint with the AFM. I had a similar problem when i had my GTR and when i changed down gears i had to keep on the revs sothe car wouldnt stall... Was a problem with my AFM's... Might not be the same for you but dont rule it out.

Ive got a good replacement in a brand spanking new BF XR6 Turbo ute, but i dont have the same love for it as i have my GTR. Just love the way you can hear the nissan spool and boost, and the way you can throw it around and it just grips and feels safe, the brilliant handling. Even tho iv got the K&N panel filter in the ute, you cant hear it spool or boost, and it doesnt handle nothing like a GTR... Suppose ill just live with it, and as ctjet said, im sure ill notice with the extra money in the bank.

Hey all. Just a general topic to see how life is after selling a skyline. Im selling mine and the buyer will be picking it up on friday. Speaking from past experience, have you regreted selling your car?? Do any cars that you buys after selling a skyline compare?? What do you do with your spare time now that you have nothing to clean or maintain or spend money or, or even take it for a little spin for fun?? Now by no means am i backing out of selling as it is purely a financial choice for me (and i know ill buy another GTR in future) but im kinda gettin sad that its finally happening and im not going to have a GTR to love and look after...?? Ill be pretty devo when i see her leaving up the road in someone elses ownership Nothing serious, dont want any haters postin, but just after some feedback from people that have sold before. Im gonna enjoy my last few days anyway..
