  1. The diff/speedo thing sounds like too much stuffing around for now Will get some better photos of the dash-door area soon

  3. lol I made an effort to look in there before starting this thread I must be blind couldnt find it and still cant find it Im after bonnet struts/supports not strut braces or suspension struts
  4. Hey everyone Im after a pair of ceffy bonnet struts, or does anyone know what other car has struts that would be compatible. Thanks Chris
  5. Hey thanks didnt know that, but will my 2 way centre fit in an s15 housing and will the diff bolt up to ceffy cradle ??
  6. fk I cant beleive its been almost a year since Ive posted, the dash has been in the car for a while obviously but only recently did I get everything working correctly. I used some simple ducting to connect the demister outlets for the windscreen The control for the rear view mirrors and foglight switch are mounted right of the steering wheel The switches for hazards and rear demisters are left of the steering wheel The climate control unit is just nicely slotted into the centre where the stereo would be above the switch panel The biggest issue was getting the dash cluster to work, I took it to a place where they calibrated the fuel sender in the tank to the cluster and identified all the pin outs for illumination. So the fuel level gauge reads perfectly and when you turn your lights on the dash lights up. Too much trouble to get the tacho, speedo and other little things to work so the extra gauges cover all that. The steering column surround doesnt fit but thats not a biggie. Overall Im massively impressed with how it turned out, if it was for a track car and demisters and other little shit didnt matter then it would be even easier.

  10. Say you buy some rims you like and they are still a bit too wide after the usual guard mods, can you machine the fitting surface ( the part that touches the hub ) to remove some offset while still keeping the surface perfectly flat for a true fit. If so any places people know of in SA that can do this. Thanks
