Thanks Stao, How much lag are we talking? Just a couple of hundred rpm or 1000+ 260 kw will be great but not if boost doesn't come on till 4000-5000 rpm In your opinion with my mods what do you think?

Hey Stao can I ask a quick question? A good friend of mine is building an RB30 at the moment (To put into a 242 Volvo of all things ) which is out of a 1988 VL Commodore turbo. He has told me that I can have the turbo from it as he is planning on using a GT35. I am thinking of sending the exhaust housing down to you for machining to match up with my ATR28 G2 profile. This is the .63 housing same as OP6 isnt it? Can I expect much lag with this setup? What figures should I expect to reach?

Should I ask AVO for the .63 rear in the standard skyline flange pattern?

Thanks for the offer Stao but I'm going to try and find an OP6 or get an AVO rear(.63?) as I have a really nice 1 peice 3.5" custom split dump and I want to keep it on the car if i can. Do you know if I wiil have to send the AVO rear to you for machining to match the G2 profile?

Hey Stao, Got my tune today, pretty happy with the results although my Coils started to break down towards the end of the day. I was told that with new coils may get an extra 5-10rwkw max. So anyway I got 235.2rwkw @ 17psi with the following mods: Hybrid FMIC APEXi Super Suction Kit with pod Custom Air box with CAI(Home Made) Split Dump and Catco Race Cat 3.5” HKS Cat back Silent High Power exhaust Exedy 5puk Clutch Greddy Ex Cam Gear EMU Hypergear HighFlow (ATR28G2) Nismo 555Injectors and Walbro fuel pump Z32 AFM Dyno Sheet as promised my ride I have another before and after Highflow Dyno printout if you want it, PM me and Ill send it to you Cheers

Stao Ive got the R33 G2 profile the same as Geraus (and almost identical mods)and am getting it tuned on Wednesday. What do I need to get you to do if I was to get the OP6 rear to get above the 230rwkw? Are you saying that you just need to machine out that rear and keep the G2 profile and it will make more power, say 240-250?

Thanks Paul, Most of the parts you cant see are from you mate Its a custom box I made myself a few years ago. I was never happy with the ones going around (Either didnt seal well or just plain ugly) It was a bit of trail and error to get it to fit but i tink i have a template around somewhere for it. The only thing is its made specifically to fit the Apexi Super suction kit and "may" not fit other pod setups

Thanks SK looks like I still have a bit of time to get new gear. As I said earlier it still feels very tight and the car has been meticulously looked after since ive had it so I wouldnt think they are shot. As long as they will hang in for at least this year ill be happy. Now to just put the camber and caster kit on Thanks again for the advice

Hey guys, Im in the process of putting together the SK Gb setup for my 33 and so for have the complete Camber/Caster Kit and Pineapples (Not installed yet) and I was measuring up the ride hieght the other day to discover 260mm front and 350mm rear centre of wheel to guard hieght. Now Ive always thought my line sits a little lower than most so is there such a thing as Factory lowered suspension on the 33 GTST??? Im fairly sure that I have factory suspension but not 100% The suspension travel still feels fairly tight so I dont "think" it is past its use by date but again im not sure Car is 98 GTST with 100k (Genuine with books)

Hey People, Ive recently undertaken a small rebuild and part of that was to install a new Exedy 5puk into my 33. Anyway today I was setting up the computer for the new AFM and Injectors so I can drive to the tuners next week so I thought that even though the car is still up on stands i'd start it anyway to make sure the idle wasnt too rough. Started fine and I looked behind to check for smoke when I noticed that even though it was in neutral the back wheels were spinning????? Had to use the hand brake to stop them Does this seem right? is it just because its on stands and has new Lube etc in it? I will admit that it has "Heavy" Shockproof instead of light (Its what they recommended at a certain place at Seven Hills ) would this make the gears kind of engage in nuetral. Please give me some advise before I drop it onto the ground and drive it

Yeh full custom box I made up a couple of years ago, its loosley based on one that was doing the rounds on here a while back but I think mine has a better seal. I might still have the template lying around in my shed somewhere, if I find it ill contact you via PM if you want it?

Yeh I think so, I was a bit worried about the red ends but it worked ok. Ill tell you what though getting the Braid onto those barbs was an absolute nightmare

Its a Just Jap/Performance Metalcraft Hybrid. I got Leon from PMC to cut the 20mm barbs off and weld on the three 16mm items but the third is actually a dummy to keep the "legal" look as it actually vents to atmo but is very well hidden. And for all those people that say the GTR Catch can wont fit into the GTST thats not correct. All that is needed is a GTR washer bottle bracket and to drill 2 small holes and it goes straight in

Nice touch with showing me the Allen Key type, you just got some more work me thinks... Hehe Yeah I have ordered the stealth fittings and silver hose separators but they will still have the red ends, I think it will be broken up enough. Apparently there has been a courier issue so the fittings and braid are a week overdue Oh yeh, and you are right about the sanding I NEVER want to do that again, I'll post up a pic of the gear before powdercoating when I get home tonight. Don't forget to hold on to a bit of the grey for the rims please Chris
