  1. Hmmmmmm, give me the weekend to think about it.
  2. I don't think it works that way ARTZ, my tuner reckons one or the other. The good thing is you can lean out your fuel a bit so it has been known to gain fuel economy as well. So I'm told, have a read of either mafias or tridents threads on it, I think I remember one of them saying such things
  3. Rocket industries at Huntingwood (Eastern Creek) sell "boost juice" in I think 5 or 10ltr containers. 49/51 water meth mix. I dunno how much though
  4. I think the aquamist is the better kit of the bunch but a little harder to install and setup. Not saying that there is anything "wrong" with the other kits. I myself am probably gonna go the snow performance kit as I will be installing it myself so it seems a little easier.
  5. I the 56 trim 3071r is the closest you will get to the pro s. Practically the same turbo but the hks has a cropped rear wheel and a unique rear housing. Someone correct me of I'm wrong but that was my understanding when I bought my pro s. Just my opinion but I reckon the pro s feels a more "lively" than a 3071, but I have only been in a car that has the .82 rear as the hks has a .68
  6. Stop dicking around and get it tuned allready!!! Seriously though use the hard tyres on the dyno Matt. We did a run a couple of weeks ago with my new AD08 Yokies and lost 30kw Even the tuner (yavuz) was suprised at how much of a difference the new rubber made. Threw some crappy old rims and tyres on it and WHAMO..... Gained 30
  7. Just over 3........ Do you see a coincidence????
  8. You could always get a hall pass Patty I did, unfortunately my mrs isn't really into cars that much. She hasn't even been in my 33 for about 3 or 4 years Yeah Bunsen sounds good, I think I'll meet up with Aggro Dave at 3 and head down then so should be at the caravan park at around what, 630-700 I reckon????? Im at dural so will be leaving pretty much dead on 2 for a 3pm meet up with Dave.
  9. What is it with all these people and their powdercoating addictions????? Baaaaaaaahahahahahaaaaaaaa
  10. Looks like I might be the only one leaving early Patty, the way I see it is I'd rather get down there at a reasonable hour, get settled, have a feed and a few bevvies then get to bed at a resonable hour. I must be getting old
  11. Had to chime in Jez, pot calling the kettle black anyone.............. :) You've driven my car so I have first hand experience lol Ive never seen my semis so "ungrippy" heheheheee
  12. Hey quick question, I need to get my AASA license on the day. Is there somebody/somewhere I need to look for or will one of the execs point us in the right direction ?
  13. So your finally on the forums Yavuz! I was having a good look at this car when I was there last, amazing and looks so tough with the widebody kit. I remember Tyson laughing at me saying I was salivating over it.
  14. You do sound like you're coming down with a cold...............I reckon it will be o e of those 24-48hr bugs
  15. I reckon a mid arvo takeoff would be better too Patty, but spose not everyone will have the arvo off work etc????
  16. Hey Luke don't you mean the 18th??? You might end up a bit late otherwise I was gonna head down after lunch but if there is a convoy I'll hang back and leave with the group.
  17. I've never really been one for skids n stuff. Dunno why just dosent really appeal to me ...............(waits for flaming) Always been more interested in going quick point to point, problem is I don't seem to be able to get fast launches right so I take of like a granny in a carolla. I need help me thinks
  18. Yeah Im going, Gave Aggro Dave the forms last night. Need to stretch the legs on the 33 a bit
  19. 0014, Cause im twice as deadly as James Bond Nah whatever youve got left Dave, Dosent bother me.
  20. Yokahama ADVAN Neova AD08 235/45/17 Front 255/40/17 Rear Dry Grip: Excellent Wet Grip: Dunno Yet By far the best tyres I have had, pretty good when cold. Fantastic when warm. Running with ~280rwkw and so far have not lost traction once evn with hard driving (although maybe Im not trying hard enough) Would not suggest using them on a dyno though, cost me ~30rwkw, I would never have thought they would effect readings that dramatically. Changed over to some stock rims/tyres and readings jumped straight back up to 280. They are still very new so cannot comment on wear, so far very happy with them. Will test them at texi next month.
  21. Psi parts do a carbon full length for the 33, mine needed a tiny but of work to get a perfect fit though.
  22. Do it Pete, you know you want to
  23. You gonna bring it to sutton texi then Matt??? You know you want to Mine just got all the bugs sorted so I'M BACK BABY!!!!!!!
