  1. He's a freak alright....
  2. I get indigestion, I have tried different ones, they always cause problems for me.
  3. I had an interesting discussion about cheat meals recently. Many people see them as an out for people who simply cannot strictly diet. This isn't true, in fact, cheat meals serve a key purpose (or a dual purpose): 1: They trick your body into thinking that it is getting ample nutrients/calories, therefore, your body is less likely to go into starvation mode and do its absolute best to hold onto fat stores. 2: They keep you sane/more likely to stick to your diet and can be motivating. I especially look forward to my cheat meals whilst cutting. Cheat meals are the safer option when compared to 'cheat days', you risk binging too hard on a cheat day lol. But if you can keep it within reason and it works, why not?
  4. Clen is pretty abundant and cheap these days. Those interested, should also read up on Albuterol or Salbuterol....
  5. Protein shakes are the one type of supp that work. That is because they fill a protein gap in your diet. Protein builds muscle, it is as simple as that. In terms of importing, I wouldn't risk it with protein powders, they often get seized. Then if you apply for an 'import permit', the companies involved will not give you the ingredient listing (including percentage of water) as they normally have exclusivity with dealers in Australia. If you want to waste your money on pills and NO supps etc, feel free.
  6. What's with your tone cuz? lol. You sound like Markos version 2.0. I don't disagree with what you're saying, I just think you could deliver what you're saying in...I dunno, a more 'original' fashion.
  7. Good luck. I'd just like to add that generally speaking, 2 hours of lifting is far too long for the average lifter. 45 mins is ideal IMO. Any longer can be counter-productive, unless you are a power/olympic lifter or on the good stuff. .
  8. Routine looks good. Good idea with the milk, it is great for bulking. Post up your diet, specifically what you're eating and how often.
  9. Sorry to hear about the shoulders. As you said, good excuse to train legs often. Might be a blessing in disguise.
  10. True that. As you said, in the heavier classes they can get away with it (Hosein Rezazadeh anyone?)
  11. Yeah just came back from compliance/registration last week. Had to 'return the car back to stock' for compliance . Haha, they seem to be very polar, a love/hate thing.
  12. Hey guys, For sale are Work Varianza T1 rims in excellent condition with near new Michelin Pilot Sport tyres (Front 245/40/18 Rear 275/40/18. Rims are 18x9 and offset is +25. The wheels were taken off a V35 Skyline Coupe Auto, I sold that car without rims for a cheaper price, that is why these are for sale. They do not clear Brembos which is why I can't fit them on my current car. I'm not sure if you could use spacers or anything to make them fit, I haven't tried. Price is $2,500. Please PM or call/sms, 0404 723 623. Rims are in Melbourne, prefer pick up, but freight can be arragned at buyer's expense. No swaps, no trades, just for sale. Will not seperate wheels/tyres. Thanks, Ali.
  13. Car came like that from Japan. It is intercooled and also has an oil cooler I think, no overheating issues what so ever. Yep running F-Con. Have not dynoed it yet, will do that soon then post results here.
  14. Hi guys, I took some quick photos today, so I thought I'd post them up here. I know the car is filthy, but I was in a rush. General all black theme happening, might spray the rims black too. Maserati style vents on the side, which I think look nice. HKS Supercharger. Car sounds amazingly awesome. Just screams from the get go (even at low speeds). Thanks, Ali.
  15. It also has a lot to do with leverage and balance. A bit of fat is a good thing, especially for Power/Olympic lifters.
  16. Is the m3 shape/engine changing anytime soon?
  17. Do it. Might motivate mofos on SAU to become a bit more active and stay active. (SAU has a responsibility towards the well being of its computer programmer slash office job type lardos.) Just kidding, it would be a good idea though, NS.com stylez, without the powerlifting is g0dlikez!!!! and sif train to look good nonsense.
  18. Too true. It depends on the culture of the gym. Thommo/Dohertys are known to have some big units. Derrimut 24/7 is another. Oh and I'm around 175cms, recent pic of me in my profile. That's cheap, where will you be training? Good luck with your re-gains. Harden up mate lol. Seriously. It was a needle, you haven't been stabbed.
  19. Mate, nothing will make you push weight knowing that if you fail, you're in big trouble. I squat heavy on my own for thrills.
  20. Oh and didn't get a chance to do the 50kg bench x max thing. I don't think it would do much good in terms of growth, but sometimes it's good to train just for the pump and mix things up. Winter goals: 155kg bench max (current max 145kg, have done 150kg in past ) 220kg deadlift max (current max 210kg) 200kg Squat max (current max 190kg) 100kgs @ no more than 15-17% bodyfat (currently on about 93kgs at @ 13-14%)
  21. lulz I know right. Lucky for you muscle memory exists. When I went overseas for 3 months, I lost around 10kgs. I put it back on surprisingly quick (but be warned, the first month of training will be seriously depressing.) 14 months though...eeep. Yay for beginners gains version 2.0 I guess.
  22. I've never tried the 50kg bench press to failure thing before. I'm going to try it this weekend sometime me thinks. Try 100 reps of 60kg squats= death. You literally collapse. Literally. Never again.
  23. How good is nandos. Gym food. Just avoid the chips.
  24. It is like 5 degrees in Melbourne right now, so it is well and truly winter. Bulk is on boyssss...can't wait to get huge(r ) this year.
  25. That's true. The use needs to be within a framework. As a general rule, use isn't recommended until: You have a solid base (85kg frame minimum with low bodyfat, a lot more if you are tall) You have strong lifts (I'd say 100kg bench, 160kg squat and 200kg deadlift) You are 25 years old. You have at least 5 years of dieting and training under your belt. You have an in-depth knowledge of steroids compounds, steroid cycles and PCT.
