Guys don't like to admit to using gear, because it is still by and large frowned upon in society (IMO unjustifiably). A user is automatically assumed to be lazy and taking the easy option. As many of you have correctly stated, steroids accelerate a slow process. They aren't magic and you aren't about to turn into Arnie. You can put a turbo on your car, it still isn't about to go anywhere without the correct fuel (good diet/proper training/sleep). That said, I have heard of some disaster stories, but that is really due to stupid use, dosages, combinations of compounds, prolonged cycle period, no PCT and so on. I would avoid them unless you are a professional and keen on entering the competition scene....(or if you are an 'events' junky tops of brah...zinggg).
-
You'll find with injectables, the side-effects are less profound, overall the compounds are less toxic on your liver and kidneys.
-
Maybe, but not eating a proper meal including complex carbs after 3pm is folly. It may have worked for you, but it isn't the best approach. Bodybuilders get bigger and leaner than anyone else on a strict diet, that was my point. And good luck if you think you can acheive that sort of body with diet alone and without proper know-how. Your anecdotal evidence means nothing brah. So situps gave YOU abs, it won't give 99% of lardos the same results. Other core exercises work your abs a lot harder than situps though....;. But hey if it works for you stick to it, that's the main thing.
-
This is actually a myth, just like the, do situps to get abs myth. It doesn't really have any susbtance, other than popular opinion. No carbs after 3pm? That is in fact counter productive to muscle growth and fat loss. All the pro bodybuilders I can think of eat carbs till quite late. Granted you shouldn't eat a heap before bed, but you should still eat something to keep your metabolism running well into your sleep. Cottage cheese is ideal for this...

I am (well I like to think I am) a car enthusiast. As such, i always like to have a few nice cars and this has been the case for me for a while now. Do what your heart tell you, as long as you can afford it and don't sacrifice your income/wealth (too much).

For those of you with failing grip, try forearm exercises. I was failing at anything above 200kgs because of grip. After my forearms caught up, no more issues. I get sweaty hands, I just use those paper towels at the gym that are used to wipe down a bench, work great lol.

lol. You are seriously dreaming if you are comparing R34 Tiptronic Auto to say, an R35 Automated Manual. They are worlds apart....
-
Yellow R34 GTR, with Audi style lights around the FMIC. You gave me a thumbs up, nice car.
-
The price is ok, could probably get it for a bit less. (Provided you convince them to supply a RWC). Don't worry about the kms, as the majority of jap imports have been tampered with. Assess the condition of the car and make your decision based on that. Ahhh...in the real world, we still call that an auto. Note the presence of a torque convertor.......

That diet is pretty shocking. Not enough protein. toast and peanut butter for breakfast, seriously? Add more eggs, tuna, chicken, steak. Oats for carbs would be good too.
-
Okay. Don't complain when nothing happens though.
-
No squats, deadlifts, military press? If you want to do well, that is how its done.
-
I agree, I am going to settle for my 'lean' being at around 12-13% bodyfat, I want to look big in clothes, not only in singlet/tops off. haha I just laugh man. Do my own thing, at the end of the day, I do it for myself. I've sort of been forced into a cut though, due to Ramadan. Ideally would have liked to bulk for another month, but oh well.
-
You can never win man. Tone vs Bulk.....just try and get bigger/leaner over time I guess. My friends, when I bulk: 'Hey man...you're HUGE, but you used to be way more cut up." My friends, when I cut: 'Hey man, you're more cut now......but you used to be huge!'
-
Anyone else ending up their bulks? I've just started cutting. Depressing. Less food makes me sad. Fasting is catabolic.

Any Idea What Would This Skyline Be Worth? Thinking Of Selling Mine.
IOWNU replied to Raphael_86's topic in Victoria
That's true. I've seen a nice one sell for 16k, but the buyer was in a bit of a desperate situation. Oh well, nobody said cars were a good investment. haha. -

Hi Guys, I am also in the market for a new laptop. But my budget is around the 1000-1500 mark. What is so bad about HP? I currently have a Toshiba which I have found to be excellent and only recently has it had issues after many years. I would prefer Toshiba or Asus, but for the $$$, it seems HP offer more, here are HPs im looking at: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/29399 (HP DV6-2119TX Core i7, 4GB, 640GB, Blu-Ray Burner, TV Tuner, 1GB Video $1,295.10) or https://www.mln.com.au/product/?itemID=894 Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Processor • 1.6 GHz Memory: 6 GB DDR3 (1 x 2048 MB + 1 x 4096 MB) Storage: 640 GB SATA Hard Disk Drive 5400 rpm Optical Drive: LightScribe SuperMulti DVD±R/RW with Double Layer Support Screen: 15.6 inch diagonal High-Definition LED HP BrightView Display Video: ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5650 Graphics with 1 GB dedicated I wouldn't mind paying the same money for a lower-spec laptop that is ASUS or Toshiba.......but yeah, advice would be appreciated. Also where to go in Melbourne? I checked out Centrecom and MLN so far. Thanks.

Supra interiors are dated too. Post pics of the GTR. Course its fast mate lol.......
-
Get a Lawyer. And, it is 'icing' on the cake. Not topping. lol.

Are they actually customs agents, or importers? A customs agent is the person who does the paperwork for the car to clear it, arranges quarantine inspection etc. If you find the car yourself in Japan, you wouldn't need an importer hence saving some $$$. (NB: they might do both)
-
Price drop. Price the car to sell and it will sell. People asking for extra $$ don't sell their cars.
