  1. Probably red-faced from all the times he flamed people for using the term "R35." :laughing-smiley-014:
  2. R34 GTR Rims are gone as well. Someone come and get these R32 GTST rims. They're taking space.
  3. No idea of the offset, but im sure its here on the forums somewhere. They are 18x9 +30.
  4. R32 GTR rims were sold last week. R32 GTST rims still available.
  5. Sorry mate, I've already been offered higher than that. Thanks.
  6. After checking this out, turns out that 2 of the rims are actually GTST rims. The other 2 are GTR rims and are stamped forged. Price changes: $300 for R32 GTR rims. $100 for R32 GTST rims. $350 for both pairs. See initial post for more info.
  7. Hey guys, Pics of the R32 GTR rims are now up! Thanks.
  8. Hey guys, I have 2 sets of rims in Melbourne: R34 GTR Rims with centre caps. 18X9 +30 Near new Bridgestone Potenza RE040 tyres. Excellent performance tyres. Rims are in near new condition. 2 of the rims have slight rash, quoted $40 to repair. Other than that, they have no damage and look new. $2800. (Or swap for something with DISH (prefer Volk or Work) to suit r32 GTR.) Pics: R32 GTR Rims 16x8 Not sure off off-set. Tyres are Yokohama, near new with about 95% tread left. Excellent conditions. $300 R32 GTST Rims 16x6.5 Rims are in very good condition, some scratches here and there. One of the rims has a bit of white spray paint. $100 $300 for the R32 GTR rims pair, $100 for the R32 GTST rims pair. Or $350 for both pairs. PICS: (Close up pic of the spray paint) PM or reply in this thread. Prefer Melbourne buyers, but will ship interstate at buyers expense. Thanks, Ali.
  9. R32 GTR- If you can afford ongoing maintenance go for it. You won't look back. Also, for 20k, you won't land a nice one, will cost you more in the long run. Pay a bit more, don't cry later. S15- I don't like em. Too small, sr20 engine and they're the new R33 in terms of being common. R34 GT-T. For 23k, you could get a very nice one. Won't cost you as much as the GTR in terms of maintenance, probably the best bet if you don't have lots of cash to back you up.
  10. Hi everyone, Have these number plates for sale: "MACHNE" That is, Machine.. Plates are white on black, one slimline and one standard. Never been registered, has only been put to show use. These plates would be a great addition to your import. Have been offered AU $5000, anything better will be considered. I'm in no hurry to sell. Will post up some pics tonight. Thanks, Ali.
  11. Was in Sydney for the weekend and to cut a long story short, I somehow ended up in a outer fringe suburb (Annongrove i think?) to visit friends. I was near a park and an Gun Metal R33 GTST, came gunning past, clutching it in the wet at a pretty decent speed. He came back after maybe 10 mins later, doing the same thing, except for this time, he lost it and smashed into a pole, writing off the car. The back of this car was destroyed pretty much, but the guy hopped out ok. Huge crowd gathered and when it dissipated after a few minutes the guy managed to get his car moving, the back of the car destroyed and smoke blowing EVERYWHERE. In conclusion, this guy was a goose and I'm pretty sure would have died from shame and is VERY VERY lucky, any person in the backseats would have died, so he was save by less than a metre. Other than that, saw a lot of nice Skylines in Sydney, although bling bling Chromies seem to be much more of a fashion when compared to Melbourne.
  12. There may be other reasons but, to comply an R34 GTR it needs to be returned to stock. So it wouldn't be worth the effort.
  13. Staggered widths would not suit a GTR.
  14. Not that I'm totally against P-Platers or something (I only recently came off my Ps) but I think the laws are good. The main reason being, when I was on my Ps, I used to do some really dumb stuff, particularly in my first year of driving. All of my mates have done stupid stuff on their Ps. At the time, you think you're the best driver in the world, but you make so many mistakes and later on you think, damn that was close or stupid. I know this isn't the case for ALL P Platers, but it is for the majority (of males at least.) But experience is a major factor in safe driving and you don't realise it until you have some. Now that I've got some early experience I can tell (and I know) I'm a much safer drive, I can analyse risk better and I'm less inclined to do stupid stuff (albeit still inclined.) Sure, who is to say people off thier Ps don't do silly things that endanger their lives and others, but in my experience being a P Plater and hanging around with other P Platers, you are MUCH more inclined to do it on your Ps and because of your lack of experience, you're more likely to get into some form of trouble. Taking the right to drive a GTR from an 18 y.o is a good thing.
  15. What cars will these rims suit? Will they suit an R32 GTR?
  16. I'm just offering some friendly advice mate. Car market is very dead right now, especially the Skyline market. Check out this car: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=156240 A car is only worth what someone is willing to pay. You'll need to drop price if you want to sell. Good Luck anyway.
  17. Well given that you can get a stocker from low to mid 20s. I'd say high 20s taking into account mods etc. Unfortunately mods don't hold their value too well.
  18. Price is not realistic.
  19. I think a few of you are confused. I want to have the rims sent out TO ME from QLD. Pms sending now!
  20. Hey everyone, I've just agreed to buy some rims off someone in Queensland and was wondering if anyone has ever had rims sent over to Melbourne from Queensland, cash on delivery before? Any info regarding cost, time, companies etc would be most appreciated. Thanks, Ali.
  21. Yeah trust me. Last time, I smashed into the back of a Hummer, not even a scratch. The Hummer however, was a write-off. Nissan makes best quality metal. I also have a Brabus Mercedes (it was on Top Gear recently, maybe you saw it?) It has too much torque though, but my Nissan is still better.
  22. http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,21525401-1702,00.html The news is still fresh. That's probably why the Skyline bagging hasn't begun yet. Wonder what they'll say this time?
  23. lol. What the deuce? I hit a Kangaroo once, kangaroo was in pieces, car was 100%, no damage. Plus I got dinner. Try it, next time you go for a drive, run over a Kangaroo. There are heaps jumping around the embassies.

lol. But let's just ignore Frankston, Dandenong, Box Hill etc? Just saw on the news that some cab driver got robbed while saving some guys life (pulled him from a burning wreck) up near Hastings. Just goes to show. Scum are not suburb selective. As you can tell, I'm from the West.
