  2. How much extra dosh are we talking, for the dumpa dn UAS extrude honed manifolds? How will they improve performance? Sorry for the basic quiestions, but although i've owned a whole stack of imports, i really haven't gone all gunz blazing in modifying them...... LoL....that pic with the code saying its nismo has confused me now......so are they normal n1 or nismo n1.....or what not.....:S
  3. Well guys i've purchased the turbos and they are the same code as Nismo R32.....seller still insists they're r34 n1. Hopefully they can produce some budget power Here are a few pics: Yay!
  4. OK bit of confusion, the code hes given matches R32 nismo code, but he reckons that the paperwork is in fact of an R34? Anyways.... Thanks for the feedback guys! Hopefully i get the turbos sometime today....will take pics when i get them! Cheers

  7. Hey guys, Well as one of my turbos died last week I've considered an upgrade.... Someone has offered to sell me these turbos: Group A N1.....the code is something like 14411-06U-00 R34 V Spec II AR 60-64 5 degree cut rear wheel 360 degree thrust bearing Steel wheels Is there some way i can verify that they are of an R34 VSPEC II? They've done low kms and look to be in great nick. He's saying he wants $1000 bux.......good price? Also, how will installing these turbos on my standard R32 GTR improve performance? It has nothing, except for Apexi airfilters and a full exhaust system. Cheers, Ali

Hey guys, Been looking all over melb with little luck, but im after a pair of standard R32 GTR turbos.....had a few ppl tell me to use the R33 turbos, as they have steel internals....they say it will make the turbos feel more laggy, but when the boost hits it will hit harder? A little clarification on this matter would be good Thanks, Ali

  16. Found the problem today guys, turbos dead, found the turbine wheel in the cat.! Quoted 500 for turbos, 300 labour :s Here are some pics: The culprit? Electronic boost controller.

  20. Hey guys, Just got another GTR imported from Jap, big problem. It doesn't pull. I can't hear the turbos at all, no boost or vaccum. The standard boost metre maxes out at 0 mmhg! doesn't go past that!!!!! Is running like an N/A engine. Any ideas? Cheers.

  22. Holden means a great deal to Australia. LoL! But not the Monaro apparently. All though it IS better than those souped up family sedans that are passed of as "sports cars" In terms of Aussie cars, theres nothing to be proud of really, can't stand Fords n Holdens.......actually the XR6T Typhoon ain't too bad. It's just the aussie mentality of "v8 mate" is annoying. It's like, upgrade already.
