Well I have a 1992 R32 GTS-t and my HICAS light also comes on. I dont have the heavy steering problem though (not that Ive noticed anyway!!) so maybe my fluid level is just low... although I did check it and it did seem fine... I'm going to try this and if that doesn't work I'll just do this Thanks GTRgeoff

Haha that looks crazy! Wonder if they didn't just make it up! lol - Ill give it a go on the weekend maybe... Ive got an aftermarket steering wheel so I think thats probably my problem. :S (Getting a safety on wednesday hopefully ) -

Haha - I checked mine and it looks fine... maybe Ill put a lil' more in there and see if it fixes mine -
my steering never gets heavy but yeah have the same problem with the light coming on... let me know if you find out anything more
