  1. i think i had a similar problem with my gtr, tho i didnt really care too much for it.. i can make the car do it for pretty much the length of the m5 motorway. it often sounds like a chu chu train just when coming on boost slowly, does not really happen with wot. or notice it then anyway.

  7. Very close i think i have more than 10.. but a few are leaving i'll obviously wait till we have 10 100% confirmations before i collect but its still 1400us for 1000ft pounds or 1500us for 2000ft pounds all prices in Usd, and prices include Postage! Cheers' Andrew
  8. I have a 3.5 inch veilside exhaust which had 2 very very large oval mufflers on it. (it may have even had 3) i cut off one to kill a bit of weight and its still just as quiet as it was with two. so ditch the cannon or the hotdog and get a high flow oval muffler in there. the system is very good at flowing now i am looking at going a full trust ti-r system so it will be very loud with just one cannon on the back i am sure west side mufflers would be able to help in padstow on the corner of fairford rd & watson rd (just near padstow mcdonalds) and not far from the m5 motorway 97737244

  12. I just dont know which way to go anymore sump extension looks alot easier than going drysump.. jun pump, sump extension, restrictor is there anything else needed to a rather standard rb26 other than this. (track car) baffles??

Yeah i agree its position isnt the best for damage etc tho it is tucked away a little.. and isnt the lowest part on the car. its cooling seems to be rather good! i was considering building an alloy shroud for it but it kept around 90c at eastern creek on a 26c day i'm going to leave it for now but if i do hit something its going to be costly.

No talk about how the crazy japs put the cooler on my car? no lies under 90c at the track, i have both water and oil defi's set with warning @ 95c they got close but were both around 90! not to mention that its pretty easy to drain except where they mounted my oil filter thats a pain in the ass.

  21. mines laid flat horizontal just to passenger side, at the front of the car behind the lip. never over 90 degrees on track also.

  23. yeah no worries, i will prob have it out in a week and post up all the info in the report that engine failure thread. you think it would have been from detination? what are the exact causes of detination? i know of lack of fuel, are there others?
