  1. i was more looking for just a rotor thats the same size with same ammount of holes and swappiung the hat over. i'll give them a call tho and see how much they want for brembo ones but i was thinking willwood or something like that
  2. I need to get some new rotors for my f50's, just the rotors would be nice as i can use the existing hats. where in sydney would be the best place to look??

  5. hks evc 4. black limitied edition one looks like this pros, looks nice sitting in its cardboard box! cons, no fkn ednglighhsshhhh instructions. found a few on the web but they have slight variation! p.s. installing today

OK if i was you, for now and if everything checks out fine. leave the car how it is! start gathering up money and parts that will be usable in the future. set a goal for your car. i see you want to stick with twin's which is cool! do you want something thats responsive? do you want to make over 300wkw? what do you plan to use the car for? its best to set a goal and work around it! you will get all the help you need it working it all out here!
  12. well, they both can handle similar power. both seem to cost around the same price one has 6 gears, and the other has 5. and i quiet like the ratios in the 34 box. and it wasnt really that much of a hastle

  16. Hey mate, i think i'm heading down on the 6th of jan? i might not at the moment tho as i need to getmyself some new front rotors as mine are a bit cracked. will see if i can get that sorted before xmas. my first outing in my car also so it should be quiet funny.
  17. i think they can? its only about 1.5ish bar right? so i think i'm going to drop the engine out. maybe over xmas or something. change timing belt, plugs, fix seal around front diff, check out what rod's or rod bolts i have, fit the new dumps. and if i can get a new boost controler i might give that a go. then a definate tune is needed with my afr's haha
  18. So after fixing my problem with the car i got the car on the dyno again lastnite. (hose clamps and hoses) still getting my loss up top. and worse when i have the old profec a boost controler on it which i think is just a problem all together.. this run was with a bleed valve.. now the loss i am getting up top could be from my plugs which i need to change as there is a miss fire up top. but when on stock boost the run is very smooth power is a nice curve with no problem and boost is a very flat line. only when boost is up it does crazy things up top. my standard dumps are probably causing some backpressure up top and could be adding to the problem. p.s. car was run in 5th gear. not 4th like graph says! afr is up the shitter too starts up at 14ish then goes off the scale below 10..[
  19. i guess you can pick up a box in japan for somewhere around 4k i think so they are kinda expensive
  20. it cost me about a little above 8k all up. which if pretty expensive i guess. but i didnt have a choice when it came to clutch. so i had to get top of the range os tripple plate. or might be a quad i cant remember as i never actually saw it. but for a box thats very very streetable and lovely ratios and the bonus of 6 speed! its hard to resist. i'm sure you can source a cheeper box than i did tho.
  21. ok what i got was. 34 box, transfer, and shifter 34 clutch, (mine was more difficult to get as larger imput spline) 34 tailshaft 34 cross member i think either the tail shafts were split apart. and 32 part for the rear to diff, and 34 part to mount to the box? someone may be able to correct me on this but the 32 shaft is different from the 34 shaft bolt section wise? or it may have just been a straight swap to the 34 shaft. i cant quiet remember. either way one of the boxes is longer by about a few inches than the other i'll get a photo of the spare i have at home and you can decide whats happened. it is an amazing box tho i really like it p.s. i fixed the boost problem. suspect hose clamps. it now holds 1.5 bar nicely so back to the dyno i go!

  23. Yerrp shes here to stay! and no i dont beleive it does. i think they are both different. but am not 100% sure on that.
