  5. you should be fine.. tho some may advise it to give you a more even flow to the rear cylinders if i was to buy one i would do it in this order hypertune nismo and then greddy
  6. I'll get it down to my mates shop and have a look and go from there. a couple of screamers would go down nicely what size gate(s) would you recommend running?
  7. Cheers for that info Paul, i was going to consider using external gates. or i guess i could possibly port out the wastegate flap but thats really just a band aid eh.

I've recently since discovered i no longer have 34 n1 turbos in my car, the only thing that is partly the same is the rear turbine, and whats left of the compressor cover.. they are now more like gt2871r, with a 71mm front wheel in a .42 compressor housing (they should be in .60 housings) machined to suit.. still hopefully will net me somewhere around 400-450kw @ 1.7-2bar hopefully i wont need to update the compressor housing to something bigger. i guess it will only be something holding back top end power.

  10. sweet good news! glad you got your problems sorted, i think alot of us are still yet to try them? i should do it soon but i am going to take it to a balancing shop before i attempt to use the shaft considering the problems that have happened. as for the last post.. your right! i feel bad for dragging everyone into this mess!! i thought a carbon shaft would be a good addition to my pile of parts.. wasnt i wrong!
  11. i ran over a screw once on re55's got a hole and no spare tyre, well i tired the sopace saver but the car didnt like it at all.... drove home about 15km's slowly.. the sidewalls are nice but the tyre was a wreck since driving on the sidewall i wouldnt use it again.
  12. Pistons and Rods are sold and there is no arp studs left the rest is still up for sale Block/Cradle, crank and bearings. will take 3400 for block and crank, photos of block etc..

  19. Cheers for the splitter photos, was wondering how i'd go about them. would it be possible to fit one between the lip and bar? since my lip is very thin and fiberglass.. was thinking of going bodyforms rear carbon diffuser.. i think its top secret style. looks pretty nice.
  20. i could do that in 3rd with busted n1's on the freeway doing 90-100km's tho i was running 1.7-1.8 bar... good times!

  22. Can one of you guys tell me what compression ratio would be ideal for a dual setup. i have mahle's 8.5:1 going in at the moment. obviously i cant drop too much valves and the likes will hit? (i have no idea)
  23. I Have a single foil one made by Arc, it seems to do the job, looks ok and not too autosalon.. i know when i take it off and drive quickly the ass feels like its floating around and under brakes it gets a bit loose i'm sure i should work out how to properly adjust it tho

I Paid a fair bit for my getrag about 3 years ago.. but it does have a larger spline than stock.. they'd still chase a bit of money but would be hard to move. sell the tail shaft, cross member, clutch slave, clutch cable all in one for someone with a r32.. they support some pretty big power and would suit someone with around 300kw otherwise... someone buy my damn os box
