Cheers for that info! it appears i might go the toyo's they are pretty cheap and seem to last long according to that test i've always used second hand re55's a048's or similar..

So the 888's dont last too long?? would you be better off getting re55s and paying the little bit more??

Yee its just the imput shaft.. (damn bastard of a thing took me and Kris about 4 goes to get the right clutch for it) its a supra sized spline or some shit. the gearset should be good for power aslong as i dont do crazy launches i guess.. i might look into gts4 gears when i get back up and running again. i'm not sure what to ask but do they give me a higher top speed?? or more acceleration? (caus i could do without the later) haha.

Yeah problem is i really like the 6 speed had a trust dog box in before which had similar ratios to the 34 box with the 32 diff ratios it seems to be alrite. well i think so anyway!

yeah its helical for sure, you'd be better off with a straight cut dog box. the par group buy suited for you better?? i think this would suit someone more for street/drag i'd think.. i'll get it looked at and chuck it up on the forum for high price i' was so releived when i saw it lastnite. so much drama with this rust bucket of a car i wasnt sure it would all work out in the end..

I think i have all solid alloy bushes throughout front/gearbox/rear. (were on my car when it came from japan.) there were loads of goodies on my car when it came in from japan.. its up on jack stands i should get some photos of the underside. loads of bracing too.. as for the box.. i have no idea on the specs Heres a photo of it from lastnite all i can tell is its 1-4 with 5th standard.. i'm wondering if i should sell my 6 speed nismo upgraded getrag/os rc3 clutch and use it instead.

I've got an Os 5 speed at home at the moment.. 1-4 gears looks like its in pretty good nic too.. was considering selling it since my T88 was nicked in transit from my new rust bucket...... P.s. that rear end looks sweet!!!! lots of adjustment to be had there hopefully it will sort out well

This unit has additional functions over the standard version. Ignition cut used for rpm limiter - Regular Apexi Power FCs cut fuel feed when the preset revolution limit is reached. At high rpm, there is the possibility of knocking when the fuel is cut in high powered cars. The Apexi Power FC Pro Spec.CPUs cut ignition at the rpm limit to prevent the knocking that could potentially destroy the engine. 0km/h rpm limiter setting - Allows for the setting for an initial rpm limiter that is active whilst the car is not in motion. This allows for mainting a rpm level for consistent launches. (does not include hand controller, but i'm trying to track one down they are on yahoo japan for around $150ish shipped)

No longer for sale. i've misplaced some parts if i find them i will put it back up for sale. p.s. there was no hand controller.

They were saying that as its the last time for the v8's to run there.. no body in their right mind will move there its going to be chaos getting in and out. hopefully it can remain open most of 2009.
