  1. I've been looking at this also for my return.. i've been told to run two 044's for anything over 400kw check the motorsport section and a thread about Mark/Duncans 32 build. around the last pages is where its going on. (and also near the start of the thread too..)
  2. Hey who said it was a road car i have no idea if i am going to bother with rego again.... tho i guess its a good idea to keep incase i want to sell.. So i can leave the internal jap pump as a lift pump (if its good enough) to a 2L surge tank with two 044's feeding the to dual feed rail with a sard or similar fpr on the rail Sounds good i'll buy the two 044's my friend has for sale.
  3. Fuel Pump/System Questions. I've done a bit of searching about the topic but found a little here and there. I've got to upgrade the fuel system for when i get my car going again. probably going to see around 400kw tho depends on what the turbos can push.. so far i think i might have an intank jap brand pump. not 100% on this tho.. and it would be pretty old i'd think.. i was thinking of getting two 044's and running them external (is this needed? do i need to go that far???) surge tank setup and maybe a cell i'm not too sure on that yet. I've picked up a tomei dual feed rail and return from the middle. and have some new 800cc injectors
  4. Ohhh shiii no hondahhhhhhhh!!
  5. I have a power fc D-jetro i was considering using, but i might stick with the Fcon instead. I think there is a controller. i will have to check the box tomorrow and take photos too. it comes with all the sensors needed to get working.. item is used and in good working condition. $1400 delivered
  6. i really hope mine fits, i just asked for a 32 shaft tho i got the 34 box..
  7. So there is still two waiting right?? i have like so many emails to read right now.
  8. Ohh shiii thats not good news! i was wondering what was happening with you and your motor, i've still not got around to mine yet.... i wish you and your family all the best

  10. Hey Joe, you live around Bankstown dont you?? I do know a very decent rb30 engine builder you can take it to if you like in the Area.. if you would like his details let me know... unless it was him already which i doubt...? Cheers Andrew

  13. Hows it going along with this now? i've not had contact with him at all latley are the last two shafts on their way? Mick - Sounds good! haha why you gone bigger again? i have a t88 at home i was considering throwing on.. haha but i think i might stick with the twins.
  14. Great Buildup going on I'm somewhere in the middle of doing one too. heading in a very similar direction to you, just doing the motor at the moment.. the drysump may very well be back on the cards too seems like a wise investment to save money by spending moar.
  15. driver talent group buy 1/ N1GTR 2/ DiRTgarage 3/ Angus Smart 4/ 5/ 6/ 7/ 8/ 9/ 10/
  16. I think you are right would seem like a headache and an unnecessary item for me.. driver training is in need and a Motor!1$!@#%@!$^
  17. Nope its a red knob, he has the whole wilwood pedal box setup for brake and clutch. with 3 remote canisters. i think its setup to a balance bar (if thats the thing i am thinking of) kinda moves a bar between the front and rear canisters.
  18. My friend has a willwood setup on his Sprinter. it has no markings on it but it clicks as he turns the knob and works quiet well. *untill someone turns the knob when he isnt looking and spins out on the first corner.
  19. Thanks for the info on the brake bias thing i was going to go a pedal box with adjustable incabin setup, since i have f50's on the front and standard brakes on the rear.. one would say they are well out of balance at the moment. My second Gtr gets delivered next week will be pinching some bits and selling off the rest to find the build
  20. On the topic of the N1 crate motor you wish to use. i wouldnt.. they will eventually fail.. nothing is forged and it would be cheaper to buy a rebuild on a motor sourcing a n1 block than buying a n1 motor here.. the currency rate has made motors in japan rather pricey. and at the end of the day its going to be stronger than the Stock N1 item.
  21. Search around i do remember reading that guys dont do them tight in the block.
  22. No problem Marcus! I'm itching to see if all the fuss and headache is worth it in the end!!
  23. Hey Mick any chance your going to get dyno'd before and after?? Willo, hopefully you'll be looking at one soon!
  24. yeah i changed to the trust front and dump kit and it made more noise. also alot more power..
